Yesterday was the first time I sent my furkid to Donny for basic grooming and he was very thorough with checking my furkid's body when I shared with him via Whatsapp that she had been bitting her nails and scratched her body. Donny found red patches on her body and gave me some advices. I didn't meet Donny in person (my husband was the one who dropped off and picked up our furkid at Kawaii Pets) but from our communication through Whatsapp, I can sense Donny's dedication and passion in his profession. I intend to send my furkid to Donny for her next full grooming.

Everyone who has commented this shop is good: Once your dog becomes old, he will reject you. Overrated. Have been a long time client. Rejected to groom my poodle due to his old age. His bronchial was narrowed hence got some honking but will definitely stop once settled down! He doesn't believe me and keeps saying he's scared. If that's the case, everybody who is old can never bath and groom again! Terrible. Price also higher than other pet groomers. I have since changed salon. I have 2 dogs by the way. One is 13 years old, another is 1 year old. Another shop at BLK 608 Ang Mo Kio has been grooming both my dogs since. Will never go back to Kawaii Pets again.
