About Kean Ng
Stay Real 8state
Homeowners contacting Kean Ng typically ask about Property Agents. The team positions itself as a working property outfit rather than a generalist, so you can expect questions about scope, access, and timing before a quote is confirmed.
Kean Ng covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. Google reviewers currently give Kean Ng a strong average of 5/5 across 37 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a property provider.
To move forward with Kean Ng, WhatsApp is the most efficient channel: describe the problem, share a photo if applicable, and mention your location. KakiList doesn't charge either party, so the quote you receive is the quote the provider actually offers.

Highly recommend Kean if you’re a Parc Clematis owner looking to rent out your unit. He really knows the Parc Clematis rental market well and gave me honest advice on the rental price. Everything was very smooth. He handled the viewings, screened the tenants properly, updated me all the way and settled all the paperwork. Didn’t have to worry much at all. Most importantly, he managed to get me a good tenant within a reasonable time. Very responsible and easy to work with. Will definitely look for him again if I need to rent or sell my Parc Clematis unit.

Recently I asked my brother, Kean Ng, to help me sell my HDB in Yishun and buy a condo in Yishun. Even though he’s my brother, I still expected him to do a proper job hor. 😂 Luckily he never disappoint me. Responsible, always update us, and explain everything clearly. We never had to chase him because he always follow up. Selling the flat was much smoother than we expected. If you’re looking for a trustworthy property agent, can look for him.

We are very happy to chose Kean as our Agent to sell our Summerdale condo. He was patient, friendly and always replied to our questions quickly. He made the whole selling process much less stressful. What I like most is that he still helped us after the sale was completed. You can tell he really cares about his clients. If you need a reliable property agent in Singapore, I would definitely recommend Kean. Thank you!

We engaged Kean for the sale of our 2-bedroom unit at Parc Clematis in 2025. He provided clear insights on recent transaction prices within the development and advised us on a reasonable PSF based on market conditions at that time. The process from marketing to securing a buyer was handled smoothly, and his guidance helped us make informed decisions throughout. We were satisfied with the outcome and would definitely consider engaging him again for future property transactions.
