My wife and I met Kelvin in October 2024 when we were planning to sell our current home and upgrade to a bigger one for our family. As it was our first time going through this process, we were unsure of what to do and where to start. We contacted Kelvin after my wife found him on social media, and we felt he was credible and trustworthy. Unlike many other agents, Kelvin did not present us with fancy PowerPoint slides or promise projected profits to persuade us to upgrade. Instead, he took the time to understand our preferences and advised us to complete our IPA first, so we could clearly understand our affordability and make informed decisions. There are a few things we truly appreciate about Kelvin’s professionalism: 1. Sincerity and honesty Kelvin is a very sincere agent who genuinely wanted to help us find a home that we truly liked. He always shared his opinions based on his experience and allowed us to consider our options without pressure. There was absolutely no hard-selling or rushing us to make quick decisions. 2. Exceptional patience Our house-hunting journey took almost 10 months. Kelvin spent many weekends bringing us around Singapore for viewings, covering both HDBs and private properties. In total, he arranged close to 60 viewings. We admit that at the beginning, we were not very clear about what we wanted. However, Kelvin never once showed any frustration or negative attitude and remained patient and sincere throughout the entire process. 3. Highly responsive and reliable Kelvin is always reachable, which truly amazed us. There was once I messaged him after midnight because I was afraid I might forget to ask him next day—and he replied within minutes (felt very sorry🙏). This was not a one-off. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he was always there for us and responded promptly. Thank you, Kelvin, for your outstanding service and dedication. We are truly grateful to have had you guide us through one of the most important journeys in our life. I truly want to write this review from the bottom of my heart for my property agent Kelvin Neo from ERA. What makes this experience even more meaningful to me is that Kelvin is not just an agent – he is actually my primary school mate whom I had not seen for many, many years. We lost contact after school and never thought we would meet again in life. What surprised me the most was that we met again by pure coincidence at an old school friend’s daughter’s wedding. At first, I didn’t even recognise him, but after we started talking and realised we were from the same primary school, it brought back so many memories. It really felt like fate brought us together again at the right time. During that time, I was actually facing a very stressful situation because I needed to sell my property quickly – within one month. It’s been a tough one, but Kelvin made it happen. We were first-time sellers, trying to sell our Executive Condo just after MOP, when many others were also trying to sell. It wasn’t easy, but Kelvin’s experience and calm approach really stood out. He answered every enquiry, educated us along the way, even when things got uncertain.
