About "KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse"
KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse is a childcare and infant care provider operating islandwide from its centre at 15 Scotts Rd, #02-01 Thong Teck Building, Singapore 228218. It is KakiList verified and ACRA registered. The centre holds a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 47 reviews — a moderate sample size that is broadly encouraging, though prospective families should weigh it alongside a personal visit. Monthly fees are positioned at the mid-range ($$) for Singapore childcare, though parents should confirm the current fee schedule directly with the centre.
Families considering KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as infant care places in particular can be limited. When you contact the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine and sleep schedule, and the settling-in period for young children. It is also worth confirming whether the centre is ECDA-approved, as this determines eligibility for government subsidies available to Singapore citizen children. Bring a list of questions about feeding preferences, nap arrangements, and how the team communicates daily updates to parents.
To take the next step, reach out to KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current vacancy for your child's intended start month and to arrange a centre visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

The most professional, caring, and genuinely loving environment to entrust your child to. We absolutely loved our experience at the Orchard outlet ! The infant care team and teachers were consistently warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They never once failed to keep us updated on our baby’s day, her progress, and all the little moments in between, which gave us so much reassurance. The team truly cares for every single infant in their care, and it shows in everything they do. The space is always spotless, and the infant curriculum is thoughtfully designed, offering enriching activities such as water and sand play. As first-time parents, we cannot thank the team enough for giving us complete peace of mind, knowing our little one was always in the very best hands. We would highly recommend this centre to any parent considering infant care you won’t find a more nurturing place for your child.
We came across KiddiWinkie Orchard when our kid was 5-6MO and we needed an infant care urgently. At that time everywhere else was full but we were lucky a slot happened to come up at KW. After a quick tour, we fell in love with the setup and how extra thought was given to keep the infants safe yet allowing them space to roam free and play. Fast forward to a year later today, we still think it was the best decision. The teachers and carers are loving, nurturing and meticulous. They always have the best intentions and we are grateful for that. Our kid loves them and feels right at home. Thank you Infant care team!
Dear Principal Allyson, Principal Elsy and all teachers, Warm greetings! Today is Evan’s last day at Kiddiwinkie Schoolhouse@Orchard, and I’m truly grateful and a little reluctant to say goodbye. Evan’s months in Singapore have been smooth and fulfilling. He gained plenty of knowledge, was showered with your love and guidance, and made many good friends here. These experiences have helped him grow steadily. A special thank you to Principal Elsy for giving Evan his English name—we love it and will keep using it for him. This campus experience will be an unforgettable, wonderful memory for Evan. Once again, thank you all for your hard work! Wish Kiddiwinkie Schoolhouse@Orchard a bright future! Sincerely, Evan’s Parent [14/01/2026]
Kiddiwinkie is a wonderful preschool with bright, clean classrooms filled with natural light and views of the outdoors. The spacious, well-designed outdoor play area is one of the best I’ve seen among all the preschools we visited (and we visited many), giving children plenty of room to explore and be active. The teachers are warm and friendly, and it shows in how happy the children are to go to school — mine always come home with lots of stories to share. Additionally, the principal is both professional and caring, and I like that she takes parent feedback to heart. Other than the regular activities offered for the kids, they also run workshops for parents, including infant and toddler first aid — something I unexpectedly found incredibly helpful when I needed to use the skills for my other child.

Monthly fees at KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse are positioned at the mid-range ($$) for Singapore childcare. You should contact the centre directly to obtain the current full-fee schedule, as rates typically vary by age group — infant care generally carries a higher monthly fee than toddler or nursery programmes. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about the one-time registration fee, the deposit (commonly equivalent to two months' fees), and any charges for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly fee should be the amount you pay. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled at an ECDA-licensed infant care centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month, subject to the centre holding the relevant ECDA approval. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Families with a gross monthly household income below S$12,000 may be assessed for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring total combined support to up to S$710 per month or more depending on household income. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. The subsidy amounts and income thresholds are reviewed periodically, so verify the current figures directly with ECDA at www.ecda.gov.sg before making enrolment decisions. Confirm with KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse that the centre is on the ECDA-licensed list so that subsidy claims can be processed.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most sought-after in the childcare sector, and popular centres routinely fill slots three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. January is the peak intake month for many centres, so families planning a mid-year start may find slightly more availability, though this varies by centre. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and, upon offer of a slot, a deposit to hold it. Contact KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse directly — via WhatsApp, phone, or their enquiry form — to check current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month. The earlier you enquire, the more options you are likely to have.
