I’m glad places like these still exist, and this one was large and spacious! Huge variety of kids stuff from toys to clothes to other things like prams etc. The huge draw is the variety and things at very reasonable prices. Staff are also helpful and quick. They also provide gift wrapping if the wrapper is purchased for a dollar each. Good experience!

Updated: With the head office reopened, service was much better and communication improved. I still feel their website is not a viable e-commerce platform, and would rather opt for a shop visit if you want to purchase something from them. Rating upgraded to 3* given improved communication and prompt delivery. Original: Ordered online and was looking to communicate pick up instead of delivery due to waiting times. Zero response even on days outside of public holiday. Website says order completed despite no delivery so unable to cancel. Very poor online experience. I suggest either visiting the shop, or if online with delivery is preferred, find an alternative supplier
