Families typically begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care places — particularly for very young babies — are in high demand across Singapore. When you contact Kids and Kins, it is worth asking about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine, and the settling-in period so you can prepare your child for the transition. Parents of Singapore citizen children should also ask about ECDA subsidy eligibility, as both the Basic Subsidy and the Additional Subsidy can meaningfully reduce monthly fees. A centre visit before committing allows you to observe the environment, meet the caregivers, and review the parent contract.
To take the next step, reach out to Kids and Kins directly via phone or the enquiry form on their listing to check current vacancy for your preferred start month and to arrange a centre visit at a convenient time.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Such a unique setting for Child Care in Singapore. Thank you, Ms Catherine, for giving us a chance to visit your school. The teachers are very welcoming, warm, and I love the way they interact with the children and ensure that the children have a great time at the school. The setting made me feel that it is their home.
A fantastic childcare center with a heart! My son was here for his entire preschool journey. The teachers are experienced, stable, and we can see that they genuinely love the children. I always felt reassured by the frequent updates and photos. From the fun excursions to the garden with silky chickens and interesting visiting insects, the school provides a warm, nature-filled environment for kids to thrive. We are so grateful for the K2 graduation memories!
Kids & Kins has been a wonderful second home for our two children. The centre is truly family-oriented and places strong emphasis on instilling good values, kindness, and respect. We really appreciate the natural, nurturing environment that allows children to learn and grow at their own pace. The teachers are genuinely caring, patient, and dedicated, and it clearly shows in how attached the children become to them. Even after graduating, our kids still love visiting the centre to meet their teachers and friends. We are very grateful to the Kids & Kins team and would highly recommend this centre to any parent looking for a warm, values-driven childcare environment.
All our 3 children graduated from Kids and Kins, with our youngest just graduating end of last year. We love it that the school cultivate the love of nature in the children. They get to experience and learn so much things outside of books, such as identifying plants, feeding sillies, taking care of terrapins. We also like that the school has such low attrition rate, the staff all feels like family members. In fact my son's form teacher who taught him all the way from N1 to K2 has been with the school for more than 20 years, even her childcare student came back to be a trainee teacher! I think this speaks volume of the working environment here! Thank you Mrs Nasir for your pouring of heart into the little minds all these years! And Mrs Chow and Ms Lee for improving the school curriculum year on year =) highly recommended if you wish you child to grow up in a nurturing and loving environment.
Both my kids are in Kids and Kins and i only have high praises for this place! Teachers are attentive, engaging and loving to my children. My girls couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the teachers are everyday. Curriculum are suitable for their respective age, sometimes even exceeding my expectations as they know best that children learn quickly. My younger one joined KNK when she’s 18 months, and it’s only been 6 months but she has learnt to be an independent eater, able to converse with us in 3-4 word sentences. I attribute these to the center’s constant engaging in conversation and skills with her. I also love that Kids and Kins incorporate nature in their daily curriculum, exposing the children to things they’ll never get to learn usually eg stick insects, butterfly life cycle, silky chicks etc. Overall, sending my children to Kids and Kins has been the best decision I made for them! 😍

Kids and Kins charges fees on a monthly recurring basis at a mid-range price point. When enquiring, ask for a full written breakdown that includes any one-time registration fee, the deposit amount (typically equivalent to one to two months of fees), as well as any charges for uniform, insurance, or consumables. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly fee quoted should be the amount you pay. Fee levels vary depending on age group and session type (full-day versus half-day), so confirm the exact rate for your child's age band. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care or childcare centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care or up to S$300 per month for childcare — provided the centre is ECDA-registered. Working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Development Subsidy. Families with lower household incomes may also be eligible for the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring combined monthly support to up to S$710 per month. Permanent resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. Subsidy amounts are subject to change, so always verify current figures directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg before making financial plans.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most competitive in the early childhood sector, and popular centres can fill up six to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. Even for centres with shorter waitlists, enquiring at least three to six months in advance is advisable, particularly if you are targeting a January intake, which is the primary enrolment period for most centres. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and a deposit, so be prepared to commit once a slot is offered. Contact Kids and Kins directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your preferred start month and to understand their specific registration process.
