About Kidya Childcare
Kidya Childcare is a childcare and infant care centre located at Bright Centre, Telok Kurau, verified by KakiList and registered with ACRA. It holds a mid-range price point, indicated by a '$$' marker. The centre carries a Google rating of 3.7 out of 5 across 24 reviews — a modest sample size, so that figure should be treated as directional rather than definitive.
Families considering Kidya Childcare for infant care should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as infant care places in Singapore are in high demand and often fill several months in advance. When you contact the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine structure, and the settling-in period for younger children. It is also worth discussing ECDA subsidies, which are available to Singapore citizen children and can meaningfully reduce monthly fees — eligibility depends on the child's citizenship status and the working status of the mother.
To take the next step, reach out to Kidya Childcare via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page to ask about current vacancy for your child's intended start month and to arrange a centre visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

It is a new childcare center with a conducive learning environment. A friendly and professional team. They are engaging, lively and energetic. Patient and encouraging with both kids and parents. An excellent lineup curriculum, a detailed Arabic lesson explained by the teacher so that parents know what in store for the children. I am confident that this center has set a solid foundation for their learning path and that they have developed a true love for learning. With all the positive environment that they reflected, I have no worries of sending my daughter to the center.
Alhamdulilah tqvm to Kidya for nuturing my firstborn. She really enjoyed her time in Kidya n shoutout to Principal Ms Wani and Teacher Dhora for loving her. TQ for organising her farewell with all the gifts n photos! It was very touching. I have been trying to get information of their school program as well as school fee. I have emailed them and also filled up their form yet they have not gotten back to me at all! If this is how they act even and the lack of Comm even before I enrol my child in the school , imagine how it will be after I enrol my Child. To the owner, you really have to put in more effort or else close shop! You have lost one customer and if this is how you communicate with your customers and potential customers you will go bust soon for sure! Horrible service! Super not responsive! If I can put a 0 review I’ll surely will!

Kidya Childcare is priced at a mid-range level, indicated by the '$$' marker. Exact monthly fees for infant care in Singapore typically vary by age band, and you should request a full fee schedule directly from the centre. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about a registration fee (commonly a one-off charge), a deposit (often equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any costs for uniforms or group insurance coverage. Childcare and infant care fees are GST-exempt in Singapore, so the figure quoted should be the amount you pay. Always confirm the full fee breakdown in writing before signing any contract. Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month for infant care. Working mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Subsidy. For lower-income families, the Additional Subsidy (income-tested) can bring the combined subsidy up to S$710 per month in total alongside the Working Mother's Subsidy. Permanent Resident children may qualify for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts are subject to change, so always check directly with ECDA or the centre for the most current figures before making your enrolment decision. Note that subsidies apply only at ECDA-licensed centres. Confirm the centre's licensing status with ECDA before relying on subsidy eligibility.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most sought-after in the childcare sector. It is common for popular centres to have waiting lists stretching three to twelve months, and January is typically the peak intake month when many families begin new enrolments. Enquiring early — ideally six to nine months before your intended start date — gives you the best chance of securing a place. To register your interest at Kidya Childcare, contact the centre by phone or via the enquiry form. You may be asked to pay a registration fee or deposit to hold a spot on the waitlist. Confirm in writing what that fee covers and whether it is refundable if a place does not become available. Contact Kidya Childcare directly for current vacancy information, as availability changes frequently.
