We visited a few vinyl showrooms from low-end to high-end price range and none of them is of the same quality as KIM. The owner of KIM shared with us the material of the different layers in a vinyl plank and how to tell if the vinyl is good quality. We tested all our vinyl samples and the top layers could be peeled out by hand, except for KIM’s one. Highly recommended KIM for their knowledge, quality and excellent customer service!

Without any reservations, we highly recommend KIM Korea Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring (aka The Floor Planner Pte Ltd) for your vinyl installation. Why? They have a wide variety of quality tiles firstly, but you need to align the stock availability with your renovation schedule or plans. Secondly, our experience with them has been both a learning and extremely rewarding experience which we are happy to share. Our apartment is over 30 years with a mix of parquet and ceramic flooring, and it was in a bad state of wear and tear after years of being rented out. We are first time users of Vinyl for flooring, so we searched the internet, for information on products and suppliers. That is when we came across ‘KIM Korea LVT’ who consistently scored high (5/5) in all the Google reviews we read, albeit one. From the first visit and conversation we had, ‘KIM’ impressed us with their patience and concerted effort to explain their product (vinyl tiles); the source (origins), the characteristics and the installation aspects. We initially spoke to Jerry who did the introduction to vinyl and helped us with the final tile selection. Subsequently, we continued our discussions with CEO, Eric who was instrumental in the ‘run-up’ to and who thereafter oversaw the installation process including personally conducting the final site survey. Both Jerry and Eric, painstakingly and meticulously explained the various aspects of vinyl; installation, pattern (layout), levelling of the floor, the appropriate accessories (skirting, ‘edges’). We are grateful for Eric’s advice and guidance on the choice of pattern (layout), the floor levelling and installation. It was most helpful that we were able to view sample layouts with different tiles at their office on more than one occasion. This by far, made it that much easier visually and really made the difference when it came to the final choice of (one) Tile and (one) Pattern for the whole apartment. After surveying our apartment’s floor condition, Eric convinced us (and rightly so) to do levelling (of the floor) before installation of the tiles. We were initially reluctant to do so because of the additional cost and time required but we are extremely glad we followed his advice. The installation of the tiles was done quite fast, Ah Guan completed it within 2 days. Quite frankly, I was pleasantly surprised at the high standard of workmanship. There were no (zero) faults. We noticed the bottom bolt or anchor hole for our main door was covered with vinyl tiles, but Eric explained (clarified) that it might appear unsightly if the hole was visible and we fully concurred with the initiative. The main door still remained secured. After 4 weeks of living and walking around in our newly renovated apartment, we can confidently say that the floor feels ‘level’ and far more comfortably on the feet when walking around as compared to the parquet we had prior. I have included four pictures of the immaculately finished KIM vinyl tiles (also showing the skirting/edges). Post-installation, Eric provided us with further information and assistance about care of vinyl tiles and answered our queries with promptness and professionalism.

We wish can give Kim vinyl flooring more than 5stars, they did excellent job! In the pass three years, since engaged our previous flooring contractor, we had this nightmare about our flooring. Expensive but not did it well. the cement screening is bad and flooring is not long lasting. Day in and out using this lousy floor, remind us how bad our decision to choose the previous contractor. we are desperate to find a good floor contractor to help us to solve this problem. Indeed, its our luck to able to find Kim Korea luxury vinyl flooring. They are very fast respond, most important, they keep every of their promise! They reply us on time, keep appointment on time. Never over promise to our request. Alvin explain every steps properly, explain what can be the possible obstacles and outcomes during the process, which shows that he is every professional. Most importantly, he consider any possible hazard to my young child. Our old floor is too bad, they are able to correct the bad cement screening for us, which is our nightmare over the last three years. Everyone of us are happy with the new vinyl floor, smooth and comfortable to walk on it. Thank you the whole team, especially the boss Alvin who is so hands on and knowledgable on flooring, not to forget William who has post photos on Instagram which allow us reach out your company. We visited a number of vinyl suppliers to find the most suitable color. We had already decided that korean vinyl will be our preferred choice. Rick and Alvin explained in detail the specifications of their Kim vinyl and we were convinced to give them a try. Their pricing is reasonable and they do not mark-up after the site visit. Installation was quick and workmanship was good too. They are very professional and don’t do hard sell. Good service needs to rewarded and encouraged to continue. Keep it guys!
