Very happy and satisfied with the purchase and experience with My Digital Lock. Actually, this is my 2nd purchase with them. This time changed my gate and digital locks. Ren, our sales agent (Tampines 1) is very helpful and responsive. Wasn’t pushy and let us take our time to look through product catalog. Explained different features of the lock very well. The installers, Ajay and Yan were great. They were very efficient and professional. They diligently cleaned up the mess from all the drilling. Patiently explained the features of the lock, and then set us up with the num lock setting, fingerprint and facial registration etc. Highly recommend them!
Arun installed our digital lock and slide arm door closer, and the whole process was smooth and professional. He did the installation neatly and made sure everything was working perfectly. Bought from TT Live at a good price of $544 to replace my old locks because I need something that the gate can be opened using other mode other than my own fingerprint. This comes with remote, keytag, PIN, face recognition and palm recognition which is cool! Also it came with free letterbox digital lock which I needed! I was given a non-English speaking Chinese installer An Peng who came to install on 26 Dec. The whole installation job took abt 1.5hours from 5.40pm till 7.20pm and although he was good with the job, I had anxiety because there was communication issue and I can't learn the functions. We communicated via sign gestures and google translate. The gate lock came with 81% battery power whilst the door lock came with 10% only which was weird. It can saying "battery low". After installing the free letterbox lock, I asked him abt the app, and then he realised he hasn't taught me and set up, so we went up again. As After he left I charged the door lock lithium battery to 100% till it turn green after 5hrs as per An Peng's instruction. However, the door lock within 5 mins it changed to 20% and the battery low audio alert kept going on. Attempted to take out and reinsert multiple times but still the same, so I had to take out the battery and contacted the office, warranty support numbers for help at 2am. Next day I was referred to Technical Support who attended to my complaint within the same day and sent an English speaking Indian installer Manoj who came and explained better what happened. There was a motherboard fault with the lock. Thankfully Manoj just had to replace the body and didn't have to change the cylinder. The new set came with 80% battery. Manoj helped to set the sync and all the features and gave a lot of helpful advise and he is able to manage my anxiety as we can communicate in English (v impt for me). He made sure to ask me if I have any other questions for him to explain before he leave. After he left, I charged the battery for 8 hours as advised for 1st time charge. It has been 4 days now and no issue. Overall, apart from the panic on installation day, very happy with the purchase and service recovery from all depts. Hassle-free.
This is the second time I have engaged Digital Lock for my home, with my first experience in 2023 being excellent. This time, I was assisted by Jing Xuan. Despite her busy schedule, she was always responsive and consistently followed up, coordinated well, and provided timely updates. The installation of the Moorgen Swarovski digital lock was carried out perfectly. The main door lamination, gate installation, and Orlant Laundry System were also very well done, with neat workmanship and strong attention to detail. Thank you as well for the complimentary vouchers for the cafe and safe box, a thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to engage Digital Lock again, and there will certainly be a third time should I move house in the future.
I was referred to My Digital Lock by my son-in-law who was their customer. I called Steve who was very accommodating and helpful. He helped me from the scratch like new door, new gate and my moorgen door & gate locks. His service was very efficient and quick. Then came the technician Ah Long from China who just started work a few months back. He has communication problem but manages well with his translator app. He is good tried his best to fix the lock but was unable to do so due to lack of experience. Well that does not matter to me, i really appreciate his help when another experience tech Ramu from India was assigned to complete the job. Both did great job. Ramu was experienced with his job scope. Very patient soft spoken person with good knowledge. The installation was done to perfect. Job done was fast, tidy, neat and extremly good. I am very happy and satisfied with their service and excellent work. I will definietly recommend My Digital Lock to family and friends. Kudos guys and thank you very much for the awesome work done.
