I finally decided to proceed with a simple day surgery nipple reduction with Dr Leo after years of extended nipples from breast pump. I am so glad i did it and I found Dr Leo after reading around online. During consultation he was very confident about his recommendations as it is a very common surgery by many others. He shared with me the pics from others and managed my expectations very well. I dont just have issues with length but also with elongated width. I almost changed my mind to opt for cutting a portion out from the nipple in hopes to reduce the width but he advised me against it saying it is not worth risking losing sensation next time. In the end he managed to use the safest way (which he recommended from the starr) to reduce the height by aby least 50% and width by 20%. No lost of sensation. I removed my stitches today (painful haha), but its over and I am loving it after years of torture looking into the mirror. He is always assuring and even if it was a minor surgery. I recalled he turned back and check on me twice before leaving the OT. I can feel his sincerity in wanting his patients to regain confidence. For this, I am considering implants with him next year vs going Korea even if it means paying more. The clinic assistants and nurses are very bubbly and welcoming. I hope I can have my implants soon back here when I am ready mentally! Thank you Dr Leo and team ❤️

I would give zero stars if I could. During the consultation, Dr. Leo assured me he could achieve the results I wanted, but the outcome was extremely disappointing. The surgery left a large, unsightly scar and had a negative impact on both my personal and professional life. In my experience, he lacked transparency, professionalism, and skill, and appeared indifferent to patient care. I DO NOT recommend his services.

I initially wasn’t planning to leave a review despite my unpleasant experience, but things have become too ridiculous to stay silent. About 1.25 years ago, I had a rhinoplasty done at this clinic. Dr. Leo was patient and thorough during the consultation process, which gave me the confidence to proceed with him. I shared my preferred nose shape with reference photos, and the clinic even used a 3D simulation app to illustrate the expected result — while clarifying that it might not be perfectly accurate. However, after the operation, I noticed that my nose appeared concave rather than straight. When I raised this concern with Dr. Leo, I was told that the implant followed the natural shape of my nose. To achieve a straight profile, he explained that a custom implant from Korea would have been required — something I was never informed about before the surgery. The clinic further suggested using fillers at the bridge to make the nose appear straighter, which I found absurd since fillers are temporary and the purpose of rhinoplasty is to achieve a more permanent result. I decided to let the matter go — until recently, when something unexpectedly fell out from my left nostril during a shower. It was a flat, square, hard, brittle piece about 1cm in size. Concerned, I immediately contacted Dr. Leo and sent him a photo. I wasn’t given any explanation via message, only advised to visit the clinic for a check-up. During the brief 5-minute consultation, I was told that the object was likely a fixation or implant piece used to elongate the columella, and it was unclear how it had detached. Since it didn’t affect my appearance, I accepted the explanation. However, I was surprised to be charged S$109 for the short consultation — something that felt unreasonable given the nature of the situation, which seemed more like a post-surgical complication than a standard visit. I returned to the clinic about 20 minutes later to request a fee waiver, and thankfully, they agreed. Overall, while Dr. Leo is indeed patient and articulate, I feel that not all crucial information was communicated clearly upfront, and my overall experience was deeply disappointing. Given what I’ve encountered — including the unexpected detachment of an implant piece after 1.25 years — I would not recommend undergoing rhinoplasty here. Please do your research and consider other clinics if you’re planning for rhinoplasty. I genuinely wish you all the best in finding a safer and more transparent experience.

Dr Leo and his staff were amazingly kind. They were all very professional and super responsive. The surgery went well and felt surprisingly easy. The recovery was very short and easy too. The result is perfect. I highly recommend Dr Leo for his skills and kindness!
