I went to Lily of L&H Lighting through my ID-Xiang Wei (Sky Creation). She was friendly, very knowledgeable and customer-centric. I ended up placing orders for lighting, toilet, ceiling fans, kitchen and bathroom accessories from her and through her. The entire experience was smooth, pleasant and easy-going. My ID-Xiang Wei (Sky Creation) coordinated closely with Lily throughout the process, and all items were delivered and installed by the plumbing team without hassle. When there was an issue with the toilet bowl and shower system, my ID-Xiang Wei (Sky Creation) provided feedback to Lily and she got it replaced very quickly - no questions asked. What truly impressed me was Lily's responsiveness to urgent needs. In one instance, while I was with the plumbing team, I realized I needed an item urgently. Lily was able to attend to my urgent needs within the same day, which was exceptional service. The communication flow between Lily and my ID-Xiang Wei (Sky Creation) was reliable throughout the project. I could reach Lily easily via WhatsApp, and I made sure to contact her only during office hours out of respect for her time. This accessibility made the entire process so much smoother compared to what it could have been with overseas suppliers, who wouldn't be able to respond as quickly and promptly to my needs. Lily promptly addressed delivery issues and ensured all accessories were installed and working well. All the lighting and toilet items come with warranty coverage, which gives me confidence that if any issues arise, I can reach out to Lily and her team with assurance. Even after all works were completed this month, whenever I have had any questions or issues, she continues to respond as promptly and fully as the first day we met, including helping to arrange and ensuring issues are fixed and closed. Kudos to her hard work and professionalism. I am lucky to have found such a retailer who goes above and beyond for her customers.

This should be one of my first, if not the first review on Google. I don't like posting reviews and have declined to do so, even at the expense of having to forgo discounts. But good, reliable, and steadfast service should be recognized and shared ... I went to Lily of L&H through my IDs. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and customer-centric. I ended up buying my kitchen and bathroom accessories from her and through her. The entire experience was smooth, pleasant and easy-going. Lily, one of the person I have been introduced to since March by my ID to purchase all my bathroom fittings and kitchen appliances has been such a great help. She ensures that she understands my needs and also my budget. Even after months post-reno, I still go to her to get some appliances that I did not manage to purchase during the reno period. She has been very helpful and efficient to ensure it is all done. My recent bathroom light and ceiling fan for other bedroom was well fixed by L&H lighting assembly man. Thank you & highly recommended for both price & quality of products :)

Very nice staff. Very helpful in explaining how everything is going to link together. Simple yet easy to understand. Not the biggest stall in Singapore but still you can find what you need for your lighting needs, bathroom needs and kitchen sinks/taps. Really worth your money.
