Avoid this company at all cost... They will sell you stuff that stops working after 2 years. After sales service is a complete nightmare as well... They will not entertain to your after sales needs. They have a habit of rejecting and not returning your calls. Take your business elsewhere for better peace of mind.

Visited their shop a year back to ask about smart home setup. Their staff (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was very enthusiastic and gave me a 45 min crash course on a smart home set up. I didn’t engage them for the set up in the end (decided not to use Fibaro hub) but their advice was truly helpful for me to set up a limited system for my home. I did return to buy a smoke detector from them a few months back.

Highly recommend the fibaro system that allows you the flexibility of using your normal switch without buying expensive smart switches. Post service support has been really awesome too

L3 Homeation has been my choice to get the most reliable services and product from. Owner Mr Khoo have given many sound advice and also share many experience on the past projects on smart condos that he was setting up. Together with all these, i have successfully setup my Fibaro system running on HC2 with mixture of MCO switchs, Fibaro 2 Gang controller, Water Heater controller and many of the automation scenes, on top of that Amazon Alexa is helping me to get all the voice command to do many wonders. Additionally I have written api codes to forward the power usage to my splunk instance, and i realize that during the day Voltage will drop below 236v but in night it raise back up to 240v, and this could be the heat causing a higher resistant to transmit energy hence at night it will be more efficient due to lower temperature.
