Extremely poor service. A van parked in front of my car resulting in me being unable to move out. I made a complaint to lalamove, expecting them to educate the driver about causing inconveniences to others. But they shirked responsibility, refused to do anything about it and told me to lodge a police report.

I previously had an unpleasant experience but decided to give the service another chance. I was reassured when matched with a 4.9-star driver. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Communication was poor, the driver arrived significantly late, and the handling of our goods was not satisfactory. Also, I had specifically booked a driver and one helper. However, the helper disappeared midway through the job, leaving only the driver to assist with unloading. I understand drivers are busy, but please do not accept a job if you are not prepared to fulfill the agreed scope of work. The lack of professionalism was appalling.

Customer service practically non-existent, all bots that leaves after replying 2 repeated messages. $200 worth of goods were damaged by the driver (He dropped it while he was walking to the lift lobby) and customer service said to submit a compensation form and the reply we got from them was motorbike not supposed to deliver durian packets. Then what am I supposed to use? Lorry or helicopter to deliver my durians? If I use lorry, the driver will have spidey sense to catch the durians before the durian hit the ground? Honestly, we can't do much if there are no compensation but at least be responsible and accountable. It is unfair for the other riders when you say motorbike riders are not suppose to deliver durians (You are taking a lot of jobs away from them LALAMOVE). In fact, most of them are really responsible, accountable, kind and even have lots of respect for the order they are delivering, even more so than your lousy customer service. Please look into improving your customer service. Thank you. PS: 99% of the customer service agents join the chat for the sake of joining the chat, they leave as soon as you take more than 1 second to reply. Yes, literally 1 second. LOL you guys can try it out for yourself.

Horrible platform with no sense of accountability! Drivers can still stack up orders while doing an active order. In short, they don’t care if your item is delivered late to your customer! If you are a food business, stay away and don’t use lalamove. Your food will reach your customer in 2 hours and lalamove won’t even penalise the drivers even if you paid $30 for that delivery! What a scam of a company! You guys need to shut down!

About 1 hour prior, ordered "Priority" which is of higher price to pick-up "temperature-sensitive " food at 1:10pm & deliver, one driver accepted the order not long after. Messaged driver at 12:45pm to check status but no reply until 1:15pm, driver replied saying OTW, waited till 1:25pm no news so messaged again, then driver said can only reach in 20 mins time(!) and asked me if I want to cancel - at this time it is already 15mins late from the ordered time to pick-up at 1:10pm, so kinda feel like being threatened - if I cancel now when & if I will even get another driver? So I waited, driver only arrived around 1:50pm - a whopping 45 mins delay! And food is obviously already cold. First time using Lalamove, use them at your own risk of such experiences - pay higher fee for Priority & yet 45 minutes delay to pick up.
