Great friendly couple that came down to install my tv mount today. Initially I bought 77 inch philip tv from Harvey Norman. And I told them I had a feature brick wall and I am unsure whether it is able to mount such a heavy 77 inch tv at 35 kg but salesman said able to after calling installer Infront of me and I agreeded to buy the tv.The installer engaged by Harvey norman came with a full swing mount weights at 11.5kg and mentioned half of tv mount can be mounted on my brickwall as there is hdb concrete wall behind but the other half of the tv mount will be rested on feature gypsum board with brick covering that is unsafe and refused to mount the tv for me. After that I engaged tiger mount for their advise and he mentioned able to and came down to install my tv wonderfully but also advised using fixed bracket tv mount as it's much lighter than swivel mount and able to mount more bolts to secure but I'm fine as long it's not sitting on my tv console. Will definitely recommend their professional services!!! To add please use toggle bolts for the drywall to ensure safer installation as I requested them to use toggle snap toggle bolts I bought from amazon as they can hold 265 pounds on 1/2" drywall. My wall is 1/2" gypsum board with 1/2" brick covering. Every home wall is unique please seek professional advise to determine. Happy customer here!! 😁
