Thank you to Dr. Landon, vet nurse Hannah and rest of the team. Our 18-month retriever suffered two dislocations within a span of 4 months, first on the right on Sep 1, 2025 and subsequently on the left in Jan 2026. We are grateful to Dr. Landon and Hannah for the updates we received, from her triage to post-surgery. Dr. Landon personally spoke to us after each surgery with the update of how each surgery went. We are so touched by the care he has provided to her first in September and now in January. Even though there was a little post-surgery infection when we were back home, nurse Hannah and the emergency team was on text response that helped us through a difficult weekend. Today Fluffy went back for a 6-week post-surgery review. She is able to walk, see and smell her surroundings even though full recovery is another 8 weeks away before she is ready to play and jump. But we are grateful she has this new leash of life with the two FHO surgery. Thank you Dr. Landon and team.
Brought our miniature poodle for a patella luxation on the right hind leg. Surgery well smoothly and costs were explained and final bill was within what was presented. Nurses were very trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care. What surprised me was that my dog came back smelling exactly like how she did when she was first admitted. Many past surgery experiences for my other animals were not like that. They came back smelling bad. So that was a very nice surprise. Nursing team (Atom, Hannah, Jane) are excellent. The only negative thing is that my dog's bandage kept slipping down so we have to return 3 times to rebandage 😂 Otherwise, all good and highly recommended for orthopedic surgery
My SS underwent a mass removal surgery with Dr Landon at the start of the year. From the first consult to surgery and post-op care, the team has been efficient and very supportive. Another of my dogs has been experiencing chronic vomiting and gagging episodes for the past five years, which worsened over the last couple of months, and Dr Nathalee has been amazing to work with. What I really appreciate about Landon Vet is that they don’t push unnecessary tests. They make recommendations based on what the patient truly needs, carefully weigh all options for pet owners and let them make decisions at their own pace, showing genuine compassion and empathy. From front end to back end, I’ve had a really positive experience with them so far.
My 15 year old senior cat, Louis, was referred by his regular vet to be hospitalised at Landon because he was in a condition called diabetic ketoacidosis which was life threatening. Upon reaching the place, he was triaged quickly as there were no other patients and Dr Samantha Fong spoke to me, explaining very clearly the condition my cat was in and the associated costs. I had many questions but Dr Sam was very clear in addressing all of my concerns very patiently. I was told to mentally prepare for the bill which eventually was well within the estimates provided. Over the course of the hospitalisation, I also received regular calls at 8am to update me about Louis’ overnight condition. Whatever procedure, if not deemed urgent, was notified in advance and my approval was sought. I was allowed to visit at any time, preferably not during their shift handovers, as long as I called to inform in advance, and as long as there are no emergencies at that time. I visited Louis everyday and the team were very accommodating of my requests - to let me feed him, to give us a room if space permits, and to be with him for as long as we want to. We had a good time visiting him and seeing him become better day by day. Apart from the excellent consult and advice by Dr Sam, Dr Chee was also amazing in addressing all my concerns as we found out Louis had other complications. He explained everything so clearly with lots of empathy. Also shout out to the nurses Amos and Lucas for being really patient with me as well! These 4 staff at Landon really made me feel reassured about the care Louis was receiving. You can also tell the other doctors and nurses were also passionate about their work and truly love animals. Louis was discharged after 3 days with a detailed discharge summary and even after going home, I gave them calls pretty regularly as I was concerned about Louis’ glucose level. They answered my queries very clearly and Dr Sam even called back when she had to check on a few things, clearing up my queries patiently. Overall, Louis couldn’t have gotten better care with the emergency team and I am so happy to see his progress. While there is 1 doctor and 1 or 2 nurses which I felt could have been better in terms of service, the others made up for it. Thank you Landon’s emergency team for taking such good care of Louis :)
They did all they could to bring the community’s beloved cat back.. Unfortunately it wasn’t fated, but they were very tactful and showed a high sense of urgency when handling him.. They showed high levels of professionalism in my difficult times, when I was alone to decide the fate of a community cat. I truly appreciate their effort in doing their best to save stockings, he’s an old cat, they did all they could..
