The centre is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 across 22 reviews — a moderate sample size, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. Families considering Learning Kidz are advised to enquire early about available slots for their intended start month, as preschool and kindergarten places in Tampines can fill several months in advance, particularly for January intake. When you make contact, ask about the daily routine, infant-to-caregiver ratios where applicable, the settling-in period for younger children, and how the centre supports transitions between age groups. It is also worth confirming whether the centre is registered with ECDA, as this determines eligibility for government childcare subsidies available to Singapore citizen children.
The most practical next step is to reach out to Learning Kidz directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check current vacancy for your child's age group and to arrange a centre visit before committing.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

We loved this infantcare for our son, so it was a no-brainer to put our daughter in too. Our daughter loved it here! She's been here since 4 months old and she just graduated today. They have many activities and also kiddie spa-days. The teachers are wonderful and can tell they really love her a lot. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of ET. ♡
The kids have been loving their time at childcare with so many fun activities planned throughout the year, such as field trips, holiday programmes, quarterly speech & drama, and even STEM & baking studio as part of their curriculum. Really wish we had joined earlier! Big shoutout to Ms Elaine, Tr Marcus, Liu 老师, Tr Yana, and Kuai 老师 for all the care and effort. Can’t wait for the Year-End Concert! 🎊

Learning Kidz displays its pricing at the mid-range ($$) tier, but specific monthly fee figures were not published at the time of this listing. As a general guide, preschool and kindergarten fees at private or operator-run centres in Singapore typically range from around S$700 to S$1,800 per month depending on the programme, age group, and hours of care. Beyond the monthly fee, families should ask about a one-off registration fee, a deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), as well as any charges for uniforms, school insurance, or enrichment add-ons. Childcare and kindergarten fees are GST-exempt in Singapore. Contact Learning Kidz directly for a current fee schedule. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed childcare centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Lower-income families may qualify for the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring total combined subsidy support to up to S$710 per month. For kindergarten programmes, the KidSTART and KiFAS schemes may apply to eligible families. Singapore Permanent Residents receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy rates and income ceilings are subject to periodic revision — always verify current figures directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg before making enrolment decisions. Confirm with Learning Kidz whether the centre is ECDA-licensed, as this is a prerequisite for subsidy eligibility.
Demand for preschool and kindergarten places in established Singapore centres — particularly in mature estates such as Tampines — can be high. For infant care, families are commonly advised to enquire six to twelve months before the intended start date. For toddler and kindergarten programmes, three to six months ahead is a reasonable lead time, though popular centres may fill sooner. January is the primary intake month in Singapore, so families targeting a new-year start should begin enquiries no later than mid-year. Securing a place typically involves paying a registration fee and, in some cases, a deposit to hold the slot. Contact Learning Kidz via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check current availability for your child's age group and intended start month.
