About Learning Kidz
Learning Kidz is an infant care centre operating from Tampines Avenue 5, within the Income @ Tampines Junction building. The centre is KakiList verified and ACRA registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 across 22 reviews — a moderate sample size that is encouraging but worth supplementing with your own enquiries. Fees are priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis.
Families considering infant care at Learning Kidz should enquire early about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care vacancies — particularly for very young babies — tend to fill well ahead of time. When you reach out, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine structure, and how the settling-in period is managed for newborns and young infants. It is also worth asking about any registration fee, deposit requirements, and whether Singapore citizen children are eligible for ECDA childcare subsidies to offset monthly fees.
The most direct next step is to contact Learning Kidz via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check current vacancy for your child's intended start month and to arrange a visit to the centre.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

We loved this infantcare for our son, so it was a no-brainer to put our daughter in too. Our daughter loved it here! She's been here since 4 months old and she just graduated today. They have many activities and also kiddie spa-days. The teachers are wonderful and can tell they really love her a lot. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of ET. ♡
The kids have been loving their time at childcare with so many fun activities planned throughout the year, such as field trips, holiday programmes, quarterly speech & drama, and even STEM & baking studio as part of their curriculum. Really wish we had joined earlier! Big shoutout to Ms Elaine, Tr Marcus, Liu 老师, Tr Yana, and Kuai 老师 for all the care and effort. Can’t wait for the Year-End Concert! 🎊

Learning Kidz is listed at the mid-range ($$) price tier on a monthly recurring basis. Beyond the monthly fee itself, parents should ask about a one-time registration fee and a deposit, which is typically equivalent to one to two months of fees and is held against the placement. Some centres also include a small charge for uniform and personal accident insurance for each enrolled child. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly rate should reflect your actual out-of-pocket cost before subsidies. Contact Learning Kidz directly to obtain the current fee schedule, as published rates can change. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed infant care centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month for infant care. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Development Co-Savings (Working Mother Subsidy), which provides further relief on top of the Basic Subsidy. For lower-income households, the Additional Subsidy is income-tested and can bring the combined monthly subsidy to a higher level. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so it is important to verify the current figures directly with ECDA at go.gov.sg/ecda before making enrolment decisions. Note that Learning Kidz must hold an active ECDA licence for your subsidy application to be processed — confirm this directly with the centre before enrolling.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most sought-after in the early childhood sector, and popular centres frequently have waitlists stretching three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. January is the peak intake month, so families with babies due in the second half of the year should begin enquiring well in advance. Securing a slot typically requires paying a registration fee and deposit to confirm the placement. Contact Learning Kidz directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check current vacancy for your child's preferred start month. Even if a slot is not immediately available, registering your interest early puts you in a stronger position should a place open up.
