About Learning Vision

About "Learning Vision"

Learning Vision is a childcare and infant care provider operating at its centre on Jalan Tan Tock Seng, Singapore 308433. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It carries a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5, though this is based on 13 reviews — a small sample, so treat it as directional rather than conclusive. Monthly fees are displayed at the mid-range price tier ($$) and are structured as a recurring monthly commitment, which is standard for infant care in Singapore.

When enquiring about a place, ask about slot availability for your intended start month, the infant-to-caregiver ratio for the relevant age group, and the daily routine — including feeding schedules, nap times, and developmental activities. It is worth asking about the settling-in period and what support is offered to help infants and parents adjust. Singapore citizen children may be eligible for ECDA subsidies, including the Basic Subsidy and, where applicable, the Additional Subsidy — confirm directly with the centre which schemes apply and whether they are an ECDA-registered operator.

To take the next step, contact Learning Vision via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check current vacancy for your required start month, and arrange a visit to the centre to meet the caregiving team before making any commitment.

Both of my kids are attending LV@TTSH. It's a great school with wonderful teachers. My daughter loves her teachers and she looks forward to going school every day! Appreciate the open communication and regular updates by teachers on my kids' development. On top of that, the principal & management/teachers are really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment by holding regular feedback sessions/PTC and we’re very thankful. Happy to know that our little ones are in secure and safe hands! Thank you!

My boy started his learning vision jouney from toddlers onwards, since then he enjoys every single day going to school. Teachers come and go but I must say all of them are patient and dedicating their full attention and love to kids. We are fortunate to have Michelle to be the principal, she initiates many engagement activities with parents and keep us up to date. The app is also a convenient platform for communication. Thank you LV@TTSH

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "Learning Vision" charge per month?

Learning Vision displays its pricing at the mid-range tier ($$) with a monthly recurring fee structure, which is standard for infant care centres in Singapore. Beyond the monthly fee itself, you should ask about a one-time registration fee, a deposit (centres typically require the equivalent of one to two months' fees upfront), and any costs for uniforms or personal accident insurance coverage. Childcare and infant care fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly figure should be the amount you pay. Always request a written fee schedule and confirm what is included — meals, milk, nappies, and enrichment activities vary by centre. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →

What subsidies can I claim at "Learning Vision"?

Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care or childcare centre are eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care places and S$300 per month for childcare. Where the mother is working at least 56 hours per month, an additional Working Mother's Child Development Subsidy (WMS) may apply on top of the Basic Subsidy. For lower- and middle-income families, the Additional Subsidy (means-tested) can bring total combined support up to S$710 per month or more, depending on household income. Permanent Resident children qualify for partial subsidies at lower quantum. KiFAS applies specifically to kindergarten programmes rather than infant or childcare. Subsidy rates and eligibility criteria are updated periodically. Always verify current figures directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg before assuming the amounts above, and confirm with Learning Vision that they are an ECDA-registered operator eligible to administer these subsidies.

Is there a waitlist at "Learning Vision"?

Infant care places in Singapore are among the hardest to secure, and popular centres can have waitlists stretching six to twelve months ahead of a child's intended start date. As a general guide, it is advisable to enquire at least three to six months before you need a place — and earlier if you are targeting a January intake, which is the peak enrolment period for many centres. To register your interest and hold a place, most centres will ask for a registration fee and a deposit at the point of confirmation. These amounts vary, so ask Learning Vision for their specific requirements. Contact Learning Vision directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check current vacancy for your child's age group and intended start month, as availability changes frequently.
