I left my bag with Dr Bags after chicken wing oil got onto my bag 🥲 I was served by Linda who was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Prior to this I had actually tried to fix the oil stain myself at home with some corn flour (read on google that it will help to suck up the stain) but it did not work, and the flour was as embedded into the bag’s embroidery as well. I went to Dr Bags for help and they managed to clean the bag of the oil stain and corn flour almost 100% to its original condition! I’m very grateful to them as this bag was a precious gift from my bf ☺️ 10/10 service from Linda and the Dr Bags team! would come back again for any future bag cleaning ♥️

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to Linda, Vic, and the Dr. Bags team who saved my bag. My bag was a victim of the recent Style Theory shut down saga and returned to me dumped at my door, beaten up. I was on the brink of throwing it away because I could not bear to look at it and thought it was beyond repair. But I decided to get a few quotes from bag cleaning and repair services to see if it could be salvaged. I finally decided on Dr Bags after reading their good reviews and they were the only company who shared honestly what could be done and not done. First, I whatsapped them with a video of my bag. Customer service then asked if someone (Vic) could call me to explain what could be done. He did tell me the areas affected by the melting/ wear & tear would still be visible. I then brought the bag down to the physical store at J8 and met Linda, who after seeing the bag told me the same. But when I collected the bag I was shocked to find that the repair and colouring had exceeded my expectations. All the wear and tear, even the melted handles, were so merticulously ?patched up and repaired. Timeline: ~3.5 weeks. I'm so happy I gave my bag a second chance with Dr Bags and I'll let the photos speak of their good work.

I did a bag recolour service and transformed my bag from pink to brown, and I’m really happy with the results. The staff gave great recommendations and were very patient in explaining the options. The service was excellent and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Absolutely no regrets — it’s definitely value for money. Much better than leaving the bag unused in the cupboard, especially since pink is hard to match with outfits. Now it’s versatile and looks amazing again!
