I have had an excellent experience with Royals Cleaning. Needed an end-of-tenancy cleaning before CNY and after multiple refusals, I was lucky to come across Royals Cleaning. Not only they managed to squeeze me in on a very specific date, but they were always fast to respond, professional and nice to deal with. On the d-day, they showed up on time and with a very nice attitude. I had a very tricky situation to deal with the landlord’s agent who was extremely picky and pushy and the manager only replied with professionalism, calm and flexibility. The team came back for touch ups as requested, and they nicely did on a Saturday just before CNY, without additional costs. Actually prices are 100% transparent from the beginning, no extra / GST and no matter how many hours they need to finish the task, which I also greatly appreciated. I recommend Royals Cleaning and would definitely hire them again!
