We engaged Leecon for a carpentry and flooring project previously, and each experience has been fuss-free and smooth. Dennis is responsive, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. When it came to renovating our 4-room BTO flat, they were our default choice - we didn’t even get other quotations (considering all the ID horror stories out there, that says a lot about our confidence in them😌). We trusted Leecon to deliver in both workmanship and pricing, and they exceeded our expectations. We now have a home we truly love! They were attentive to our needs, remembered our preferences, and were incredibly patient when we requested changes. A great example was adding a back panel and shelves to our tall kitchen cabinet (originally just to conceal piping), which gave us extra usable storage space - such a practical upgrade! They’re also very resourceful and helped us problem-solve several issues along the way, which gave us real peace of mind. Any defects raised during site visits were rectified promptly, and Dennis always took ownership without ever making us feel nit-picky. Friends and family who visit are always impressed by the workmanship, so we never hesitate to recommend Leecon! It was a pleasure working with you guys, and we truly appreciate the thought and care put into our renovation. Thank you for helping us bring our first home to life! 🤗

My reviews keep getting deleted by the company but in order to avoid other innocent customers being made a victim out of Leecon, am posting the review again. Dennis starts off strong and gives a real good first impression. But this cannot be any more different than the actual quality of work or standards that his company delivers. From installing slanted toilet bowls to sanitary wares that are loose, Dennis leverages every opportunity to introduce slipshod work, hoping not to be caught. Other concerns include failing to make good our door frame despite 3-4 reminders, general unresponsiveness and a lack of remorse when mistakes have been made (and picked up by customer no less). After surfacing my concerns to my ID, Dennis even had the gall to contact my ID to make excuses for his lapses and attempt to sully my name. Thankfully, my ID knew better than that and has since cut off ties with him.

Cannot Be Trusted Pre-renovation discussions went well. Dennis was warm and friendly, and sounded reliable. Leecon started renovating my place mid Nov 2024. Progress was on schedule but slowed towards early Jan 2025 and remaining worker was withdrawn before works were completed. Jordan turned up unexpectedly in mid Jan to demand final payment when Dennis had not visited my site for ~3 weeks to assess progress and workmanship. Paid Leecon most of final payment after Dennis promised to rectify two cabinets and complete remaining works. Painting was finally “completed” in late Jun 2025 but rectification works for cabinets, cracked kitchen backsplash (from carpentry drilling) and few other items remained. After “final payment”, Dennis was mostly unreachable/unresponsive. Last said he would complete remaining items in late Sep 2025 but didn’t happen. Also included a gallery of Leecon’s pride. P.S. Lol picked the wrong contractor but didn’t realise I was such a poor judge of character until Dennis’ response. Unable to respond professionally, Leecon could only make up an unsound customer as an excuse. Edited this review to also include a few more pics.
