A friend recommended Le Fong when I needed to do water proofing on my aircon ledge. The owner personally came over, inspected my premises and we agreed on the job scope and price there and then! After a few days, his team of foreign workers started work accordingly. Except for the occasional rain that disrupted the work, everything else went on so smoothly without a hitch. Their workers are skilful, resourceful and the quality of work was above my expectation! The workers did not cut corners but carefully cover all exposed or potential seepage areas and painstakenly changed all my existing floor traps. I highly recommend this company for their unsurpassed workmanship, commitment and business ethic!

Our roof terrace waterproofing project was badly managed. They didn't respond, leaving us to handle coordination ourselves. Key tasks like subfloor hacking weren't completed, roof leveling was poorly done, construction protection was missing, and our sliding door was permanently damaged. Problems remain despite several cleanup attempts. They even tried legal action when we withheld final payment but withdrew after seeing our evidence and our stance that we'll only pay once all issues are resolved. Strongly advise against hiring them—our experience was a nightmare.

Admin was unresponsive, total waste of time trying to engage them for their services. Waited for a month with no response on the quotation despite customer service (Ms Aw) saying they will send over the quotations. Pls don’t waste your time on this company and engage others instead.
