Today had a air-con service session... By Ram and assistant Kumar... Due to water leaking. Customer service was very professional Reminder of appointment a night before to. Mostly important very clear Clear pricing and service with no hidden charge.. Technician Ram did a very great and detail cleaning. And give us tip to maintain our air-con After cleaning our air con look like brand new again. Assistant Kumar. Was very detailed with small parts of our air-con clearing and wiping all the little part of our air-con. After done servicing clean up the toilet area which there use to washing air-con Overall experience was very great. Very money worth. And most important again . No hidden or extra charge. Only $80 in total. Very trustworthy Company. Very pleased look forward to see them again next year for servicing

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing my aircon and engaging their installation service. Even before buying, their sales engineer Jackie came down personally to survey the site and plan the pipe layout. He was honest, explained the water gradient clearly, and gave practical advice on where to box up and conceal the pipes. The first installation team that handled the trunking were experienced and professional. Their workmanship was excellent, the pipes were neatly aligned, and they carefully puttied up all holes and gaps. During the final installation, the team ensured the fancoils were properly aligned, and tested thoroughly for both gas and water leaks. Even the outdoor compressor setup was neat, with all cables and openings properly sealed. They also took time to explain how to use the remote control and shared useful energy-saving tips. Overall, very satisfied with the service quality and professionalism. Fingers crossed the system lasts for many good years! 👍

Not reliable in after sales service. Hard to get hold of them as they will usually not reply the WhatsApp messages. Contacted them since last 2 weeks but to assist in adjusting my aircon as it has slanted to one side. Repeatedly ask them when their guys will drop by but did not reply to messages. Called them and they mentioned that they will arrange but till now. Nothing. Saturday afternoon called me that their guys will be coming down. But eventually did not as we waited and waited until 10pm. Called their number but nobody answer. Update: Technicians finally come over on Tuesday (25 Nov) at about 8:20pm beyond indicated timing (7:30pm) and rectify the issue. Would appreciate if better after sales service rendered in future.
