This property group conducts house viewing in bulk across multiple units. Might be efficient and time-saving but causes confusion and not the best environment to view a house in - considering it’s such a big purchase. Before you even step into the house, they will announce the last offered price which is higher than what was listed. After which, they will shove a piece of paper to you and ask you to offer and that they are closing the offers in 30 minutes. It was really like hard-selling on fomo and pressuring people to make offers. We decided to be courteous and said “we’ll think about it” and one of the agents Jimmy replied “dont need to think, this house will sell one” LMAO

VERY RUDE AND BAD BOSS THAT THEY HAVE HERE. NO BASIC OF RESPECT FOR OTHERS. CAN BE LATE FOR MORE THAN AN HOURS FOR APPOINTMENT. NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA IN SINGAPORE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS KIND OF COMPANY. LOOK FOR BETTER ONE, WHICH I BELIEVE THERE’S LOTS OF IT OUT THERE!!!
