If you are considering a first appointment, the typical starting point is an initial consultation where the practitioner assesses your condition or wellness goal before recommending a treatment plan. Holistic integrative care often draws on more than one modality — for instance, combining conventional medicine with complementary therapies — so it is worth clarifying upfront which practitioners you will be seeing, what their respective qualifications are, and whether your presenting concern falls within their scope. Ask whether sessions are priced individually or whether the centre offers recurring packages, and confirm the cancellation policy before booking.
To get started, contact LifeClinic Integrative Medical Centre by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing. Prepare a brief summary of your health history or wellness goals so the team can direct you to the appropriate practitioner and advise on the right first step.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I am just writing here to let everyone who intends to visit this clinic that it is PERMANENTLY CLOSED..but strangely the website still states its operating..i went all the way just now then realised this phew i wonder wat happend despite the gd reviews..So i hope others wont waste their trip too! The name of it has been peeled off at the door..
I did the most comprehensive blood tests package that comes with the dietician and the GP. Blood tests can be done anywhere honestly, the only value add a clinic can give is the clinical advice from the GP and I thought in this case, dietician advice is what I am seeking. First of all, Dr Naras was a few minutes late, that's ok, but he actually took another 5 minutes chatting with his colleagues knowing I was already waiting, and he is already late. I literally hear the whole conversation while I was waiting right outside his room, with his door open. The most shocking thing is he did not even go through my tests results before and during the session he has with me. Neither did he asked if I have any other health concerns I like to address by enhancing the nutrition aspects. Isnt that a basic or am I expecting too much from a dietician? All he has was the omega 3 results because that was not ready in my earlier appointment with the Dr Dheeraj. My omega 3 was in the desirable range so he didnt go too much into it. My 1 hour session with him was just questions on my usual diet and he advising me what I need to have to replenish my low iron as he was told by the GP, not because he read my results. I was expecting the appointment with a DIETICIAN to be more holistic in a more overall view, because i do have other issues I like to address. When i probed him about my stomach bloatedness, he said I can make a separate appointment with him on that issue. What does that means? 1 issue per appointment? So that in 1 hour, he basically tell me which are the iron rich foods. I mean I already knew my iron is low before i met him, obviously whatever he shared is something I could have read from the internet. He give me the vibes he is just getting through with the 1 hour so that he could bill the clinic with the 1 hour of his time with the patient. He obviously does not work for the clinic but acts as an external consultant. Just look at the pictures I attached, the content he run through with me in that 1 hour and sent to me, it speaks a thousand words - Totally zero value add from a dietician. Dr Dheeraj also wasnt helpful in the appointment I had with him. I asked him about the dosage difference between iron syrup Vs capsules, he told me it's the same. I didnt get the supplements from them. I came home and googled it myself, and found the dosage are different. And these are the supplements that they were selling. I also enquired another inflammation marker test, their package only cover ESR, not CRP. He told me other clinics provides ESR and CRP look more comprehensive and impressive, but it serves the same purpose. The fact is it does not take much research online to conclude that CRP is actually a much more accurate inflammation marker than ESR. Just my 2 cents. Update: Clinic called me back and offered me a complimentary consultation with Dr Naras again. They apologize for the previous experience and explained they thought the consultation meant to be a more "targeted" one, which is why most if not all of the time is only focus on iron deficiency. Probably its a mismatch of expectations, but I reiterate there s no point paying to see a dietician to get advice you can find on internet. In this case, simply iron boosting food. I rejected the kind offer but applaud them for the effort in service recovery.
I had a great experience with an iron infusion here. I was a bit apprehensive after reading a review about charges, and - their view - the spurious consultation beforehand, but I'm happy to report that wasn't my experience at all. The consultation beforehand was brief, $100 and seemed justified to me. They took my doctor's referal at face value but used the time to outline the risks, do their own double checks, discuss the process and the possible side effects etc. I thought it was just responsible really. The same doctor was in the next door room as I had the procedure - and came in to monitor as my blood pressure dropped. It was very comforting and I felt like I was in very safe hands. The nurse was excellent; so friendly, accommodating, vigilant... I really couldn't say enough. She made it painless and as straightforward as possible. Thank you! The room itself is nice and has a massage chair to enjoy as you have the infusion (circa 30 mins). Wouldn't hesitate to return, was very satisfied with safety, comfort and the staff.
I had an amazing experience at the Integrative Medical Centre for my iron infusion. The staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Dheeraj, the doctor who helped me, was really knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The clinic was clean and bright, and it had such a peaceful atmosphere. The nurses were really kind and took good care of me. After the iron infusion, I felt incredible! I have so much more energy now, and I don't feel tired or fatigued anymore. My sleep has improved, and I can focus and concentrate better. Plus, my mood is so much better than before. I highly recommend the Integrative Medical Centre. The doctors truly care about their patients, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They made a real difference in my health, and I'm so grateful for the amazing service I received.
Extremely disappointed by the new changes at Integrated Medical Center by the Iron Suites. Been a customer for a few years but now looking to switch clinics. I used to pay $37.50 for an iron blood test to check my levels before an infusion. Today I paid $126 as now a consultation feee of $50 is mandatory to interpret blood test results. Secondly, the clinic charged me the consultation fee in advance (as opposed to after the consultation is done). To make the math clear, that is a 236% increase in fees for one simple blood test. On top of that, on the day of the infusion I will again have to pay another consultation fee for assessment before the infusion. I asked the receptionist the amount but they are unaware saying the Dr can only share the consultation amount on the day of. Sounds like a scam. Should be a fixed rate. Secondly I asked the clinic, I don’t want to pay for two consultations (one for blood test report, and one for infusion as they are literally one day apart) - I would prefer to be more cost effective and let the Dr read my blood test results during the consultation before the Infusion. Daylight robbery.

Most holistic integrative wellness providers do not require a formal GP referral to book an initial appointment, though a referral can be helpful if you intend to make an insurance claim or if your condition is complex and involves recent medical investigations. At your first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your health history, current medications, and presenting concerns — this allows the practitioner to identify any contraindications before treatment begins. If you have a diagnosed condition or are under specialist care, bring relevant medical reports or investigation results so the practitioner can contextualise your situation. A GP referral letter may also strengthen a claim under an integrated shield plan or employer's outpatient benefits, so check your policy before attending. Contact LifeClinic Integrative Medical Centre directly to confirm the first-visit format and what to bring.
No regulatory licences were listed for LifeClinic Integrative Medical Centre at the time of this listing. The relevant licensing authority depends on the modality: physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC); TCM practitioners are registered with the TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB); medical doctors hold Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration; and psychologists practising under the Singapore Psychological Society may be listed on the SPS voluntary register. Before booking, ask which practitioners you will be seeing and verify their individual registration on the relevant public register. This is especially important for integrative centres offering multiple modalities under one roof, where staff qualifications can vary significantly between practitioners. Contact LifeClinic Integrative Medical Centre directly to request details of the specific practitioner's credentials. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
