Excellent service for advice and returns! Bought a lamp with the LED module. First time experience with LED ceiling lights. Was given 60w 6000 daylight first. Tried at home and was too bright. Was able to exchange to a lower Lumen. Changed to 36w 6000 daylight. Tried it at home. Feels better but still bright. Went back a third time and asked for a lower watt. Tried 24w with 3 colour modes with remote and dimmer. Topped up a little. Tried it at home. FANTASTIC! The right lighting brightness. Friendly exchange and no question asked. All purchases with warranty. Even allowed me to test my nine old LED bulbs to see which are working. Will go back again if ever buy LED lights.

Awesome service and price from this shop! My fan's light wasn't working properly. Even though the Aunty was busy serving another customer, she was really friendly and told me that she would be with me shortly. After I explained my lighting problem, she got her very nice colleague to come chat with me to try to figure out a solution. He was very patient and helpful, and helped to troubleshoot the problem and check and adjust the wire on light component. Glad I bought the replacement remote control part from them and it worked perfectly. This is my 2nd time buying parts from this shop. While I did see their product online, the trip down there was well worth it because the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to try to resolve my issue. Their prices are very competitive too and there was no pressure to buy either when I was there. Top notch 5 star service from their staff and very good price - I would certainly return to them again for all my lighting needs in future! I'm glad to see other reviews on this shop because its really such a gem!
