If you have a nervous pet, Likeable Pets is worth every penny. While the price point is a bit higher, the care they provide is unmatched. My cat Hugo is a hider, but Chelsea has been a total lifesaver. Hugo gets very anxious and pants throughout his grooming, but Chelsea’s "fast and swift" approach ensures he isn't under stress for a second longer than necessary. I really appreciate how she shares her professional experience with me to help manage Hugo's anxiety. We won't go to anyone else, we’ve stuck with Chelsea ever since our first visit!

Fiona is an excellent groomer! Our dog can get dramatic during grooming and Fiona handles her perfectly with patience and proving comfort. We’ve been engaging Louis for almost two years now for the monthly grooming of our two Rough Collies, and he has consistently been patient, gentle, and attentive. He always updates us on their condition after each session, and we truly feel at ease leaving our dogs in his care. Because our dogs get anxious standing on a grooming table for too long, he thoughtfully allows them to stay on the floor instead. One of our dogs has joint issues, and we requested that she be allowed to sit during the longer parts of the grooming process. Louis has always been very accommodating and mindful of her comfort. Overall, he is a skilled and patient groomer who genuinely cares for the dogs he handles. Highly recommended!

Since then, we have been having the Likeable Pets team to groom our cats! Miss Alicia has been main contact person when we want to make an appointment for cat grooming. She is always responsive, patient and efficient in assisting us! :) Miss Chelsea has been our cat groomer. She is approachable, patient and has been punctual for our appointments! During grooming, she makes an effort to communicate with our cats, makes sure they are comfortable and always grooms our cat nice, clean and cute. She would also recommend her professional opinion on how the cats can/ should be groomed to ensure healthy and beautiful hair growth. She also ensures to clean up her work station (fur, nails, soap, etc.) so that the area is neat and tidy. We really appreciate Chelsea for her reponsible attitude and will continue to engage her grooming service! :)
