Unreliable and terrible service!! Do not buy from this store! Bought a dryer with 1 year warranty. Spoilt in 3 months. Brought the dryer back to repair. Claimed it cannot be repaired and offered to send a new dryer of a lower value as replacement. Within the same day, cancelled the replacement and said they need 2 weeks to repair. It has been more than 2 weeks. After calling them, said the spare parts need another week to arrive. No follow up, take their own sweet time to repair, went back on their promise. Better off bringing your money somewhere else.

Customer service on WhatsApp messaged to tell me my order will not be fulfilled without so much as an apology or any acknowledgement, sending a photo of their fine print saying customers are expected to check manually with the company before placing an order. In this day and age this is a poor customer experience and nobody will manually check for stock before placing an online order for a consumer appliance. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Extremely horrible customer service centre. They don’t have the basic courtesy of talking to customers. I complained about my fridge not working and vegetables getting spoilt an his rude response was such that don’t even wish to write in words. Being empathetic is least that you can be when yo speak to your customers. My first and last buy !!!
