About Liping Photography
Liping Photography is a photography and videography provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed and verified by KakiList. The service holds a 4.4/5 rating across 78 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides reasonable directional confidence. Packages are offered at a mid-range price point (indicated as $$), though specific package pricing should be confirmed directly.
Enquiring with Liping Photography typically begins with sharing your event date, venue, and headcount via WhatsApp, phone, or the online contact form. For weddings, it is worth discussing whether you need coverage for the ROM solemnisation, tea ceremony, and banquet separately or as a combined package, and whether videography is bundled or priced apart. For baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, confirm whether the package covers studio, on-location, or both. Lead times matter significantly — popular Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, and wedding photographers in this range are typically engaged 6–12 months ahead. Confirm the hours of coverage, number of edited deliverables, turnaround time for final files, and whether a pre-event recce or consultation is included. Ask about the travel charge for venues outside the central region, and clarify the wet-weather or backup contingency for any outdoor portions.
To take the next step, reach out to Liping Photography via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date and venue to check availability and request a detailed package breakdown in writing before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I needed good quality portrait photos for a Visa renewal. Not just a great photo take, but the owner has a good understanding of format requirements and does not just take photos, but edits and formats extremely well. Slightly difficult to find the shop on B1. I made two abortive attempts to get to Level B1 and ended up in car parks. Eventually I found a GF map guide and could ascertain the particular escalator to take me down in the correct location. In short: highly professional, when it matters.
For someone who dislike having my photos taken both casually and professionally, the experience here was pleasant and relaxing. I chose them as they have the “on the spot” selection and the photos were immediately emailed into my account after digital touch up was done. Photographer explained each touch up and showed the before and after differences. Makeup artist was tidy and make sure I cooled down before working on my face. Her counter was tidy and she kept her things clean. She took the effort to explain and check along the way if I wanted certain makeup (e.g. mascara) to be done and if I was okay with the makeup after each steps. The feeling was good as the service felt really personalised rather than rushed. It was thoughtful of both the makeup artist and photographer to take customer’s requirement into consideration. They gave their professional feedback too to ensure the outcome was the way I wanted. Even though it might feel like a small pinch to my wallet, this by far was my best professional photography and makeup experience.
Did my makeup and hair for corporate photo. Had my corporate photos taken twice elsewhere but wasn't satisfied. Instant Glamour did exactly what I wanted and it was the best corporate photo that i've even taken. Love how I look in the photo. Thank you Instant Glamour /)
Got my US visa photos done here. The staff knew the exact requirements, and the photos were ready in minutes. Professional and hassle-free. Highly recommend for visa needs.
It was a great experience working with Trevor and his team for my corporate photoshoot. He was responsive, helpful, and went the extra mile by providing detailed directions to the studio from various MRT stations via WhatsApp. The studio itself is convenient and cosy. Recommend Instant Glamour for its warm, efficient, and professional photography services.

Liping Photography is priced at a mid-range level ($$) and operates on a package model, though specific figures should be confirmed directly as they are not publicly listed. As a reference, Singapore market norms for photography and videography packages run roughly S$2,500–6,000+ for full-day wedding photography, S$3,000–8,000+ for full-day videography, and S$500–2,000 for baby full-month or 100-day coverage depending on scope. When reviewing any package, confirm what is included: the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, total hours of coverage, number of edited images or video cuts delivered, estimated turnaround time, and whether a travel charge applies for non-central venues. GST should also be confirmed in writing. See the full Photography & Videography cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, the standard lead time is 6–12 months, particularly for popular Saturday evenings in peak wedding months — March, April, October, and November book out earliest. If your date falls on a weekend during these months, enquire as early as possible, as a confirmed deposit is the only reliable way to hold the date. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, 6–12 weeks is typically sufficient, though in-demand slots during school holiday periods fill faster. For birthday parties and other celebrations, 4–8 weeks is usually a comfortable lead time. Confirm whether Liping Photography holds the date provisionally for a short window before requiring a deposit, and ask about the rescheduling policy if your event date changes.
Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — usually the date hold and any pre-event consultation or recce — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if circumstances change. Also ask about the rescheduling policy in the event of a venue change, weather disruption to outdoor portions, or a public-health restriction requiring postponement. Most established photographers allow one rescheduling within a defined window without forfeiting the deposit. For HDB void deck or condo function room setups, confirm whether Liping Photography carries public liability insurance, as some venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
