Families interested in a place should enquire as early as possible about slot availability for their intended start month, as popular centres — particularly those offering infant care — can fill many months in advance. When you make contact, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the structure of the daily routine, and the settling-in arrangements for younger children. It is also worth confirming whether the centre is ECDA-registered, as this determines eligibility for the Basic Subsidy, Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy, and any income-tested additional support available to Singapore citizen families. Parents holding permanent residency may be eligible for partial subsidies.
To take the next step, contact Little Green House directly by phone or through the enquiry form listed on this page to ask about current vacancies for your child's intended start month and to arrange a centre visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

We have 2 children attending LGH Aljunied and our experience has been really great. The teachers are kind and good natured, you can see that they truly enjoy teaching the children. We have a good relationship with the teachers and principal. The curriculum encourages them to read and both our kids enjoy reading on their own.
Teachers here are really thoughtful and professional, we receive daily updates and observations about our child, and consistently telling us what to take note of, the daily updates shows us how caring the teachers are towards my child, shout out to teacher Misa, Wang laoshi, Teacher Sha, Evelyn, Hui Shiah.
We are so grateful for the incredible care our baby has received over the past two months at Little Green House. The team is kind, professional, and genuinely loving toward the little ones. They have created such a nurturing environment, and it’s clear that our baby feels safe and happy there. We appreciate how communicative the staff is, keeping us updated on our baby's activities, milestones, and overall well-being every day. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for the babies’ comfort and development. Thank you for your dedication and hard work in providing exceptional care. You’ve given us peace of mind as new parents, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to trust you with our child!
Teachers are very observant, caring and take good care of my child. My child loves to go to the centre and close to the teachers.
My little one has been attending Little Green House @ Aljunied infant care and I have been pleased with the attention and services that the principal and educarers have shown. During the days of a daycare search (last min!), principal Yvette had been welcoming and proactive with the onboarding process to make it less anxious as a first time mother. I am able to experience the love and nurturing of all the professionals in the centre being translated to the wellbeing of my child. Thank you!

Little Green House is listed at the mid-range pricing tier ($$). As a general guide, full-day childcare in Singapore typically runs from around S$1,200 to S$1,800 per month before subsidies, though fees vary by age group and programme type. Kindergarten or half-day programmes are generally lower. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about a one-time registration fee, a deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any costs for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare centre fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the amount quoted should be the amount you pay. Contact Little Green House directly for a confirmed fee schedule. Singapore citizen children attending an ECDA-licensed childcare centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care or up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers employed for at least 56 hours per month may additionally claim the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy (WMCCS). Families with a gross monthly household income below certain thresholds may qualify for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring combined support up to around S$710 per month. For kindergarten programmes, the KiFAS (Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme) is available to lower-income families at eligible operators. Singapore Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy rates are reviewed periodically, so check directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures before enrolling.
Demand for quality preschool and childcare places in Singapore can be high, and popular centres are sometimes booked three to twelve months in advance. Infant care places in particular are limited, as ECDA caps the infant-to-caregiver ratio, meaning fewer spots are available relative to demand. January is the primary intake month for most programmes, so enquiries made in the second half of the preceding year tend to have the best chance of securing a place. To hold a spot, most centres require a registration fee and a deposit at the point of acceptance. Contact Little Green House directly by phone or via the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's intended start date, rather than assuming a place is open.
