They offered a range of affordable options that were exactly what we needed for a traditional ceremony. Their explanation of the procedures and the prompt delivery of the casket took a huge weight off our shoulders. Vani, Shah and team took care of everything promptly. Clearly explained every steps if the funeral procession. Shah was extremly helpful as he understood my uncle was Special Needs and guided him very carefully and gave him repeated instructions and ensured he could follow up with the instructions. Thanks to the whole team. It was perfect for the open-casket viewing at the parlour and met all the requirements for a dignified cremation. Vani went extra miles to source for location and ensured all went smoothly. Even took some pictures for us. Really appreciate them and their service. Vani and her team responded very promptly and sensitively to our need for funeral services. My aunt had passed away in the morning and by evening, Vani was discussing the arrangements and what could be done , timing , procedures, logistics and pricing. She also guided us on the Hindu rites and customs. My aunt was to be cremated the next day - so a very short time frame. Yet with Vani and her team's help, it was done. They were helpful , accommodating, kind and efficient. Costing was reasonable too. I would recommend them should you need a good undertaker.
