LittleOaks has been such a warm and nurturing environment in which sons have thrived. The teachers put in tremendous effort with everything they do and foster a love of curiosity, exploration and learning with such care and individual understanding of each student's needs. The LittleOaks families and community has also been so supportive and our children have made beautiful friendships. We could not recommend LittleOaks more highly, we feel truly lucky to have found this special kindergarten in Singapore.
We’ve been with Little Oaks for more than a year, and it’s been the perfect first school for our son. He’s had the most wonderful teachers — Ms. Felicia, Ms. Menaka, Ms. Gowri, and Ms. Rina — who have nurtured his confidence, communication, and social skills. The curriculum is well-rounded, with a great mix of learning, creative play, and outdoor fun. He especially enjoys Fun Fridays and festive celebrations like Easter and Halloween. The principal, Ms. Angel, is proactive, caring, and always reachable — she runs the school with heart and excellence. Most of all, it's a warm, close-knit community of teachers, students, and parents. We couldn’t ask for a better start, and plan to stay until he moves to big school!
An absolute gem of a preschool. It’s a joy to see my daughter learn and grow here, and equally lovely to do drop-offs and see the happiness on all the kids’ faces as they run into class. The teachers are warm, engaged, and always open for a quick chat at the door, which makes it feel like one big family. The learning program is creative, thoughtful, and packed with enriching activities. I’m constantly amazed at how much they do in such a short day. My daughter looks forward to Fun Fridays, cultural holiday celebrations, and the many dress-up days with so much excitement. It truly feels like a parenting win to have found this place. I’m incredibly grateful that this is her first experience of education and learning. Highly recommend.
My daughter attended Little Oaks for just over two years and I wish she had been able to stay longer. Thanks to Little Oaks, she had the opportunity to practice some of the important but often overlooked life skills that children of this age need to learn. The curriculum was truly enriching and engaging, expanding the students' minds while still allowing them to have fun, play and explore. The teachers all go above and beyond to make the children's school experience a joyful one. Could not recommend enough.
Little Oaks has been a wonderful experience for my children. The teachers and staff are warm, caring, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, and the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. My children have thrived here, making new friends and developing important skills that will serve them well in the years to come. I highly recommend this kindergarten to any family looking for a supportive and stimulating environment for their little ones.

Singapore citizen children enrolled in an ECDA-licensed childcare centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care places or up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours of work per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy (WMCCS). Lower-income households may receive the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring the combined subsidy to as much as S$710 per month. For kindergarten programmes specifically, the KiFAS (KidStart Financial Assistance Scheme) and MOE's kindergarten financial assistance may be relevant depending on the programme type. Singapore permanent residents are eligible for partial subsidies at reduced rates. Subsidy amounts are reviewed periodically, so check directly with ECDA at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures before enrolment. Confirm with Little Oaks Montessori Kindergarten whether the centre is ECDA-licensed and participates in the relevant subsidy schemes, as eligibility depends on the centre's registration status.
Montessori-approach preschools and kindergartens in Singapore can attract strong demand, and popular centres often fill their cohorts several months in advance. As a general guide, families are advised to enquire three to six months ahead of their intended start date, with January being the primary intake month for most programmes. Infant care places in particular tend to have the longest waitlists and may require enquiries six to twelve months ahead. To secure a place, centres typically require a completed registration form along with a registration fee and, in some cases, a deposit. Contact Little Oaks Montessori Kindergarten directly via WhatsApp, phone, or their online enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's age group and intended start month.
