Families interested in a place should enquire well in advance of their intended start month, as popular preschool slots — particularly for younger age groups — can fill quickly. When making initial contact via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form, parents are encouraged to ask about current vacancies, the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine and curriculum approach, and the settling-in period policy. It is also worth discussing ECDA subsidy eligibility for Singapore citizen children at this stage, as the centre's fee structure will affect the subsidy quantum you may claim.

Little Paddington Preschool provides early childhood education and has facilities designed to support learning and development in young children.
LP team is very patient, professional and caring. School set up includes both outdoors fun, indoors creativity, that are crucial to me for a kid’s childhood school. My gal looks forward to school daily mostly ☺️ Just one trivial perhaps, to do more fogging to reduce mozzies around that vicinity. Mozzies get attracted to my gal readily easily..
Amazing pre-school. Had a fantastic run at Little Paddington with both of my daughters. It truly is an 'Outstanding School': the staff are fantastic. Everyone is so approachable and understanding, and nothing is too much for them.
My children are enjoying the pre-school very much. Good facilities and understanding teachers. Lots of open space and outdoor spaces for children to play and run about. The learning is also very structured and focused on children’s abilities. The principal Ms Shashi is awesome. Keep up the great work.

Little Paddington Preschool is priced at the mid-range ($$) level for Singapore preschools and kindergartens, though a specific monthly fee has not been published on this listing. Families should contact the centre directly to obtain the current fee schedule for each age group or programme level. Beyond the monthly fee, it is common for preschools in Singapore to charge a one-time registration fee and a deposit equivalent to approximately two months' fees, refundable upon withdrawal with adequate notice. Some centres also charge separately for uniforms and personal accident insurance. Childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore are GST-exempt. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in an ECDA-licensed childcare centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare — provided at least one parent is working. The Working Mother's Child Relief (WMS) offers additional subsidy for mothers working 56 hours or more per month. Income-tested households may also qualify for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring the combined subsidy to up to S$710 per month. Families with children in kindergarten programmes should ask about the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS). Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are updated periodically, so verify the current figures directly with ECDA at www.ecda.gov.sg before making financial decisions. Note: subsidy eligibility also depends on the centre holding the relevant ECDA licence. Confirm this with Little Paddington Preschool before enrolment.
Waitlists are common at well-regarded preschools in Singapore, and families are generally advised to enquire three to twelve months ahead of their intended start date. This lead time is especially important for infant care places, which tend to fill earliest. January is the peak intake month for most centres, so families hoping to start mid-year may find more flexibility, though this varies. To secure a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and, upon offer acceptance, a deposit. Current availability at Little Paddington Preschool is best confirmed by contacting the centre directly via WhatsApp or phone, as waitlist positions change frequently and are not reflected in real time on directory listings.
