About LiveMoments Production

About LiveMoments Production

LiveMoments Production is a photography and videography studio based in Geylang, offering event coverage islandwide across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though ACRA registration could not be confirmed at the time of writing. With a 5/5 rating across 14 Google reviews, early feedback is positive — though the sample size is small and should be treated as directional only. Pricing sits in the mid-range band and is structured as packages.

The typical engagement begins with an enquiry via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form — share your event date, venue, and a rough sense of the scope (wedding solemnisation, birthday party, baby full-month, corporate event, or other occasion) so the team can recommend the right package. Confirm the number of hours of coverage, the number of photographers or videographers, deliverables (edited photo gallery, highlight reel, full-length video, RAW files), and the expected turnaround time. Discuss any setup or teardown windows, travel requirements for non-central venues, and whether a wet-weather contingency applies for any outdoor portions. A deposit — typically 30–50% on signing — secures the date; the balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. If the booking is for a wedding, clarify dialect-group customs, tea ceremony timing, and whether a second shooter is needed for parallel coverage.

To move forward, reach out to LiveMoments Production directly via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date and brief — confirm package inclusions, deliverables timeline, and the deposit and balance schedule in writing before paying.

If you ever need a photographer for your birthday party or any important event YOU HAVE TO HIRE THEM!!!!!!!!! My mum had a really good experience with their photographer during her friend's yacht party and was really satisfied with the photos so she made sure to hire the same photographer this time for my 21st birthday party. To be honest, I was slightly skeptical at first, wondering if I should even spend the extra money to hire a photographer when I can probably just whip out my phone and take my own photos during the party BUT oh. my. god I kid you not, hiring a photographer was probably one of the best decisions I've made throughout my 21 years of life. First of all, the photographer was so freaking friendly and smiley and that made it really comfortable for me to approach him during my party although ofc who wouldn't be paiseh at the start right.. and honestly there was just something about the photographer that made me feel so at ease with the photos that were taken, like honestly I didn't even feel worried about having to check the photos to make sure that they were nice at all. And omg so my cake cutting segment was around 10pm and we actually only hired the photographer until 11pm and by 11pm I was still busy taking photos with my friends and wow the photographer was so nice that he didn't even rush me at all, like you know how some photographers just want to get the job done and leave on the dot BUT THIS PHOTOGRAPHER WAS BUILT DIFFERENT. The moment I pressed into the link with all the photos taken my JAW DROPPED. I had no idea what to expect but the standard of the photos definitely exceeded what I could have ever imagined my photos to look like. By the way, if I recall correctly, the entire event space was actually quite dimly lit and somehow he managed to still make the photos look so nice and bright like omg every time i look through the photos i just can't help but to let out a 'WOW'. What I also liked about the photographer was the fact that he was just always roaming around the space, taking photos of not just me, but also of all of my friends and every other thing that was happening in the space that I wasn't even close to being aware of and so looking through the photos really got me laughing and giggling a little 😂😂😂 i also saw how he was just joking around with my friends so he could take candid photos of them and i think that actually also made my friends feel comfortable with his presence. Okay, anyways, i really had a good experience working with this photographer and i hope they get ALOT of business and if you're wondering / searching for a photographer, trust me, you will never regret working with them. Lastly, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE PHOTOS!!! I look forward to working with you again in the future!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Al. I especially love his edits - they brighten up even the darkest ballroom shots beautifully, without ever overexposing or losing detail. His framing and eye for moments are consistently excellent. Al is also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Most importantly, he’s someone you can comfortably leave to do his thing on the event day without needing to supervise or worry. Highly recommended!

If you are thinking about having a roving photography service at your wedding, look no further. You may think you already have a photographer and you already have a videographer, why do you need a roving photographer? Al and his team literally captured so many moments at the wedding which my wife and I were unable to see due to the insanely busy schedule. Even if you have your programme down to a tee, life throws curveballs at you at every corner. Al and his team helped us to capture photos of the people that meant the most to us in our life and from perspectives that we otherwise would not have seen. All the guests were thrilled and so happy with their print-out photos and they were so amazed at the quality / pictures that came to them by their table side. Al and team made everyone look so good. We couldn't have asked for a better roving photographer and I hope this review reassures you that the money spent was 100% worth it. I am throwing in a photo of my wife and I taken by Al in the dark, it's not the best lighting but within the venue, the groupshots are amazing and he made my wife and I look so good. Thanks Live Moments for literally catching the little live moments and we will always remember this day through your eyes. Love, C&J

The Live Moments was a great team to work with. We got the live diamond package and topped up an additional hour - it was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding! Our point of contact, Al, was super on top of his replies and readily answered our questions (which we had many of and really appreciated). We had two roving photographers and two print cameras, so we decided to station one of them at the backdrop. On hindsight, it was a great idea as the photographers captured people within the ballroom and outside. The team was also efficient with the printing and went out of their way to move around identifying people in the photos so they could hand them out. The Live Photo projection was also a fun way to spice up the wedding as it unfolded as we got to see our guests and the photos they took. Now on to the best part - there was a chance to opt in on a qr code option where guests could scan and utilise facial recognition to find their photos. This function is amazing and many of our guests loved it! Overall, the team did a really great job of capturing our wedding and we are so glad that we went with the decision to work with Live Moments!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does LiveMoments Production charge?

LiveMoments Production uses a package pricing model, sitting in the mid-range band. As a reference, Singapore market norms for event photography and videography run roughly S$2,500–6,000+ for full-day wedding photography, S$3,000–8,000+ for full-day videography, and S$500–2,500 for birthday party or baby celebration packages covering a shorter scope. Itemise what each package includes: hours of coverage, number of photographers or videographers, edited deliverables (gallery, highlight reel, full-length cut, RAW files), turnaround time, and any travel charge for venues outside the central region. Confirm the deposit (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance due date, and GST treatment. See the full Photography & Videography cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book LiveMoments Production?

Lead time depends heavily on the event type. For weddings, popular photographers and videographers in Singapore are typically booked 6–12 months ahead — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. For birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, 6–12 weeks is generally sufficient for in-demand vendors, though last-minute bookings may be possible on weekdays. Confirm whether LiveMoments Production has your specific date available before discussing package details. A deposit secures the slot — without one, the date remains open to other enquiries. If any portion of the event is outdoors, ask about their wet-weather contingency plan at the time of booking.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at LiveMoments Production?

The Singapore industry standard for photography and videography is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date reservation and any pre-event planning sessions or storyboard discussions — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a rescheduled date if plans change. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy for force-majeure situations such as illness or a public-health restriction, and whether public liability insurance is held — this is particularly relevant if the shoot takes place at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may request a copy of the certificate. Put all deliverables, timelines, and payment terms in a written contract before paying.
