I bought the Lockin V3 + SV40 together with new gate + main door from TD. Inevitably there were some workmanship issues when it comes to installation by human. Nonetheless, I really appreciate the assistance rendered by Joey from TD and Josline + Desmond from Lockin team. Really appreciated the excellent after-sales follow-up. The technician-Desmond who came to fix the lock got the timing wrong and I had to turn him away, but he remained very friendly and understanding—no frustration at all. I also want to commend the lady who served me at the IT show- Jingxian; she followed up after the installation to check if everything was in order, which was a really nice touch. Great service all around!
