I cannot recommend this cat boarding studio enough! My cat Dumpling stayed there for a week. She’s a very shy and timid girl, and on top of that, she’s a special-needs cat due to her previous urinary tract infection and frequent hairball issues. Naturally, I was quite anxious about leaving her anywhere. But from the very beginning, I felt completely reassured. The owner sisters are both professionally trained in veterinary care, which gave me so much confidence. They truly understand feline health and behavior, and that makes all the difference — especially for cats with medical history like Dumpling. They didn’t just provide basic boarding; they genuinely cared about her wellbeing, both physically and emotionally. They monitored her condition carefully, were attentive to her diet and litter habits, and handled her with so much patience and gentleness. For a shy cat like Dumpling, that calm and knowledgeable approach is everything. The studio is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up to make cats feel safe. Throughout the entire week, I felt assured knowing Dumpling was in capable, loving hands. This is not just a boarding place — it’s a place run by people who truly love and understand cats. Cleanliness is taken extremely seriously—they use industrial-grade, non-toxic disinfectants such as F10, despite the higher cost, which provided instant peace of mind. The cat condos are constructed from solid, high-quality wood rather than plywood, prioritizing durability and safety, especially for larger cats. The rooms are impressively spacious both vertically and horizontally—I could comfortably stand inside and fully stretch my arms without touching the walls or ceiling, something rarely seen in cat boarding facilities. Litter quality is equally well considered. The studio uses Signature Tofu litter featuring patented technology that is chemical-free, scent-free, and eco-friendly—ideal for sensitive cats and reassuring for owners.
