When reaching out to Loving Pets, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, coat type, and general temperament ready, as these factors typically influence the grooming package and duration. You will also want to bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as reputable grooming providers in Singapore require proof of vaccination before accepting a pet for a session. If your pet has not been groomed before or is anxious around unfamiliar environments, it is worth asking whether a short trial visit or a meet-and-greet can be arranged before committing to a full session. Once comfortable, many owners set up a recurring grooming schedule to keep their pet's coat and hygiene in good order.
To get started, contact Loving Pets via phone or the enquiry form on their listing, provide your pet's details, and ask about current availability and pricing for your specific breed and coat type.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
I have been taking my dogs to Loving Pets for 6 years and even though we moved out of the east coast, we still come back every fortnight to get the doggies groomed. Jane and Serene are amazing and over the years, the team here has really taken such great care of my three dogs. Thank you so much!!! Here is a lovely photo today taken at the shop!!! Merry Christmas!!!!
Very popular place in East coast for pet grooming and we are glad that it's finally easier to get slots (especially last min). Bailey has been coming here for grooming and it's one of the best so far. Thank you for taking care of B and making her look pretty.
Loving Pets For 2 months...we had been thinking of grooming our pets by ourselves but we really couldn’t handle them as effective as... We realised we should thank them... Loving Pets has been my family’s go-to ‘service counter’. It’s a ‘supermarket’ for my pets as well as a ‘walking dictionary’ for my mom. Three years ago, we adopted a Schnauzer & had been patronising the grooming shop near our residence. Initially, we found it pretty nice for our Schnauzer to have a squarish face. The groomer was very fast & the areas around the mouth was cut unevenly. One day, mom met her sister-in-law at East Coast Road. Aunty shared that her friend had been buying dog’s stuffs from Loving Pets. She also shared that the owner of Loving Pets was a young lady, she was kind, friendly & understanding. Then we got to know the name: Jane (the owner). Jane worked with many good charitable organisations to help stray dogs & cats. We visited the shop and was very amused by Jane’s cats. There were about 4 of them, black & white. They were all siblings, some were not perfect in look. These were picked up by Jane from the alleys! In fact, we gathered that Jane also tried to bring stray cats for sterilisation at her own expense. This was indeed a very kind act. Mom even showed our Schnauzer picture to them when she asked about the duration per grooming. They informed her that they required 2-2.5 hour. Mom was shocked at first as our previous groomer didn’t take more than 1.15 hour. We realised a squarish face was not only a fast & simple job, but it didn’t look great on our Schnauzer. Since then, we decided to use their service. When no one bothered to help to groom our Guinea pig, Loving Pets decided to give it a try. Groomer Serene loved our piggy. She handled her so gently. The team even helped to feed her veggies & hay which we prepared. We filled up their fridge! Every time during grooming, we brought so many of our pets’ stuffs for the team to handle as well as so many instructions for them to follow. For so many years, only once they forgot to return us the dog’s toothbrush. They had never oversell their products or insisted that we use certain items to achieve best results. Similarly, they never forced us to take spa packages or whatever. What we liked about Loving Pets was the team always highlight to us the problems of our pets...scratches, balding, rashes, skin sensitivity and many more. They even advised us what the pets could & could not consume. We took their suggestions warmly and more than often, issues were resolved. Jane shared with us what to cook for our dog when he was nauseating or having diarrhoea. She even told us to visit the Vet and we did. Jane always ensures she carries quality products. She gives sound advice. She has lots of tips to share. Mom always texts her if our pets seem to feel under the weather. She also recommended good veterinary services to us (of course without commission :)), all out of goodwill & friendship. Her team is dedicated & passionate about their jobs as well as handling the pets dearly & carefully. Many a times, we witnessed Groomer Serene was bitten or scratched by superbly ferocious cats & dogs. She simply laughed it off with some cream or plaster. The team is able to assume their duties well, no doubt. We are thankful to Loving Pets for their dedication & professionalism. With them handling our pets, we feel so at ease. My pet dog really loves those treats that my mom got from Loving Pets. Healthy ones:)) Since CB is lifted, we can’t wait to bring our pets for a real good wash! Just wanna say...THANK YOU! Loving Pets — we will see you soon!
Stuff are super friendly. have been visiting it for many years after my first visit (researched a lot to find best grooming place for my furkid) Stuff are gentle to pets as they are pets lovers. my furkid always look fresh and happy after the session. They do offer food and snacks in-store with reasonable prices. you may also ask the stuff to help repack large packs kibbles to individual smaller packs and they will seal them up for you so you could keep portions of kibbles fresh all the time!
An absolute brilliant find on East coast road for our gentle giant (40kg). The heat/humidity in Singapore is too much for a long heavy fur coat! Frank was efficient, kind and experienced at his craft. The owner so very helpful and knowledgeable, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We are delighted with the results. Especially the cool bear. Thank you so much Frank! Loving pets Singapore I Salute you.

Grooming prices in Singapore vary primarily by pet size, breed, and coat condition. A small dog such as a Maltese or Shih Tzu typically attracts a lower base rate than a larger or double-coated breed. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately on top of the standard bath-and-trim package. If you require mobile or doorstep grooming, a transport or travel surcharge may apply depending on your location. Contact Loving Pets directly with your pet's breed, size, and the services you need for an accurate quote. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on the DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) combination vaccine and, where applicable, rabies vaccination. For cats, the FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) vaccine is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required for dogs that will be in close proximity to other animals, such as in a grooming salon environment. Vaccinations are generally expected to be within the past 12 months, and you should bring the vaccination booklet or vet-issued certificate to your appointment. Contact Loving Pets in advance to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.
