I managed to contact Lewis from SJL Lock Solutions to repair my mains door handle and toilet door knob. Lewis responded to my help immediately. He came to my place and did some mechanical adjustments and both locks works well. Lewis is an honest service provider as he really helps me save cost with his experience by fixing an issue instead of replacing expensive locks hardware. Very thankful to SJI Lock Solutions for answering to our call for help! We could not open our door due to some mechanical fault in our Samsung digital lock. We called several companies (around 7pm), yet most of them either did not respond or replied with a "sorry cannot". Only after then we realised that Samsung has pulled out of the digital lock market 2 years ago and many are reluctant to help us. Lewis reached earlier than the stipulated time they gave. He has a polite and calm disposition which makes us feel assured. He even had to climb through the window to access the digital lock from inside. He was careful and delicate when handling the screws in order not to damage the main door. He was patient and overcame several difficulties when trying to remove the lock, where many others would have already given up. Really grateful to Lewis for coming to our rescue! 🙏

Door slammed all of a sudden due to a breeze and my mom is trapped inside! Lewis was very prompt in responding to my WhatsApp message and came within 30mins. He was very upfront of the cost on the phone, and there isn’t any hidden fees. He was quick to assess what happened and swiftly pronged open the entire handle and installed a new one. A very pleasant experience! Lewis even has his own small dustpan and broom to ensure the space is clean after his work.
