I rented their car over the long weekend for Hari Raya. I saw the reviews were not impressive but i wanted to give a try as i find that they were authrised lease company for PHV platforms. I booked an appointment to collec the car and already signed the agreement online which was great and hassle free. Upon my arrival at the shop, register myself and staff assigned me with a car. We did the damages together and EVERYTHING DONE WITHIN 30MINS! Impressive and fast! I took all the insurance available like damage collision waiver and windshield damage waiver and etc. just to be safe myself to habing pay for more in case im involved in anything. But i was safe throughout thus nothing extra to be paid. When i returned the car, the staff was also very fast. We checked for damages together and we were done in 10 mins! I highly recommend renting from Lylo. Reputable company and many insurance add-ons for you to choose.

Rented a Corolla hybrid for 4 day Malaysia trip. The whole process was really smooth. The car was relatively new and was in a very good condition. Rental was cheap compared with other rental companies and there was a promotion of Malaysia surcharge waiver. Return process also was really smooth and my deposit was refunded immediately. I am really satisfied and I highly recommend Lylo for your short term car rental needs.

Great rental experience! I rented a car for 8 days during CNY, and everything went smoothly. The car was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Although my pick-up and drop-off location was changed to Expo, it wasn’t an issue at all. I rented a Toyota Corolla Altis—a hybrid that was easy to drive, park, and very fuel-efficient. The entire process was hassle-free, and I would definitely rent from them again.

Cannot speak for this place but the customer service at 28 Sin Ming Lane is terrible! Nobody picks up the service number and when you enter, you will be greeted with an angry face, no hello, no nothing. Car got a flat tire which I pointed out to them, and then of course that caused a delay in picking up the car. Unfortunate when you’re on a tight schedule! Repeated customer here by the way! Please at least say hello to your paying customers! It’s not like you’re giving out cars for free!

I booked their services several days in advance of the pickup date, including an additional payment for the meet-and-greet service, and specifically reserved an Alphard for my VIP guests. I also contacted the company beforehand to request the driver’s details and even messaged the assigned driver the day before to reconfirm all arrangements. I expected everything to run smoothly, but to my shock, my guests called me from the arrival gate informing me that there was no signage displaying their names. When I contacted the driver I had communicated with earlier, he told me he was no longer assigned to my booking and had no information about the new driver. I immediately called the transport company, and they told me they would check and get back to me. They never called back. It wasn’t until the next day—after I reached out to request a refund—that they responded. Even then, there was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability for the inconvenience caused. In summary, please think twice before using their services. Their operations are highly unprofessional
