Spoilt my parquet floor with their chemicals. Stains are droplets all over my house parquet and one 30 x 30cm black stain. One worker used a screw to attempt to remove the stain. Entire area is scratched. Please consider the technical expertise and professionals. To date, no response from their higher ups. Update: Got back to me and will remediate using my contractor of choice or theirs. Will see.
