Huge delay of tile shipment despite ordering ahead of time Tiles was ordered in early Jun and was supposed to reach in Aug, even til Nov there is still outstanding of tiles not delivered and this causes a huge delay to my renovation timeline, and lack of support from them. While tiles were definitely cheaper than the others big tile shop but the cost in saving were just simply not worth it. Proceed at your own risk

We were served by Darren and ordered our tiles with him. It was a pleasant experience at first. He has left some time ago when we were arranging for the delivery of our tiles. So our after sales services were with Fion and Xander. Their logistics screwed up and failed to deliver 9 boxes of tiles. Upon this shocking discovery, they asked us to wait for the next shipment which was probably at least 2 weeks later. This lack of accountability caused a huge disruption in our overall renovation timeline. Their customer service is also slow in responses.... Deal with them at your own risk.

We bought all the tiles for our house from Malford Ceramics after not being able to decide on our tile selection at the big H despite visiting the latter several times. There were so many nice tiles at Malford that we wished we had more spaces in our house so that we could get even more tiles! While we loved the tiles at Malford, we loved Andy's service at Malford even more -- he was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different types of tiles, offering useful guidance on the design, practicality and purpose of each different tile. We have since also gone back to Malford for our other purchases such as quartz tops. Highly recommend!
