Most confinement food caterers offer a 28-day standard package delivering two to three trays per day — typically lunch and dinner, with breakfast as an optional add-on. Before committing to a full package, it is worth clarifying which dietary tradition the menu follows (Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew, Western postnatal, halal, or vegetarian), whether herbal soups, red dates tea, and longan tea are included or priced separately, and how the daily delivery slots are structured. A freshly cooked meal delivered hot within a four-hour window is the benchmark for quality; confirm packaging is BPA-free and microwave-safe. Shorter trial packages of seven or fourteen days are common in the market and offer a practical way to assess portion size, flavour, and how well the menu suits breastfeeding needs before paying a full deposit. Note that no SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence is currently listed for Marian's Lactation Boost — confirm this directly, as licensed operations are the norm for commercial confinement food delivery.
To get started, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current package availability, your expected due date, dietary preferences, and whether a trial meal can be arranged before you commit.
Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
The Overnight oats Tubs from Marian's are such a great help in maintaining and also boosting my supply after returning to work ! The oats are also not artificially sweetened which is helpful as i am trying to maintain a healthy diet. Hope to try out different flavors next time :)
Marian's lactation cookies are simply the best. I just had my third child and have ordered from them after each delivery, so have been enjoying their treats over the past 4+ years. I'm sure all their cookies are great but I love their cranberry pistachio so much that I can't even get myself to order the other flavors. Highly recommend!
Can't rave enough about the lactation overnight oats and bite-size cookies! Not only are they incredibly delicious, but they also worked wonders for boosting my milk supply during dips. Highly recommend this product for any nursing mom needing a tasty and effective boost! I just had to share my experience with overnight oats from MLB and their incredible impact on my milk supply journey. After battling through being sick and the return of my period, my milk production took a hit, dropping from 140ml to just 100ml per session. Desperate to find a solution, I tried various lactation aids including 2nutguys, fenugreek, and legendairymilk products, but nothing seemed to make a significant difference. Then, I stumbled upon overnight oats during the fff, and what a game-changer it has been! Incorporating them into my routine has been like giving my milk supply a boost. Unlike other products I've tried, the oats have consistently delivered the best results. My supply now is just nice to feed my son 1 day or 1 feed short. They've not only helped me bounce back from the setbacks but have also given me the confidence and reassurance I needed on my breastfeeding journey. If you're struggling with milk supply issues like I was, I highly recommend giving overnight oats a try. They are delicious to eat as breakfast healthy snack(if you are like me who cant stop nomming) and most importantly, they work wonders in boosting milk production. Here's to happy and abundant breastfeeding for all of us! Thank you Marian for support and your guidance were exceptional, making the journey smoother.
Have loved Marian’s Lactation cookies ever since my #1. Tried many cookie brands but always go back to this. For me, I can see the effect between when I consume the cookies and when I ran out of the cookies and didn’t consume them. Without the cookies I usually pump between 80-90ml, but with the cookie I usually go 120-140ml. Thank you Marian and team for feeding me so I can feed my baby! 🥰
My first time purchasing Marian's products was in Oct 2021 after giving birth to 2nd child. Been wanting to try the Milo lactation ice cream. Besides helping with supply, the products are really yummy. Portion for overnight oats in the containers are just nice for breakfast. Not a fan of fruit juice but the cold pressed juice is simply impressive. The taste is nice and I'll be back for more.

Singapore confinement food menus draw from several culinary traditions — Cantonese (the most widespread, featuring warming herbal broths, ginger, sesame oil, and rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, and vegetarian. As Marian's Lactation Boost's menu tradition is not specified in the listing, it is worth asking the provider directly which tradition underpins their cooking and whether dishes can be adjusted for breastfeeding mothers who prefer low-spice or alcohol-free options. Most reputable caterers offer a single-day or trial meal at roughly S$30–60 before you commit to a full package. Given that confinement appetite and taste preferences shift considerably after delivery, trialling the food first is strongly advisable. Confirm menu rotation — whether dishes change daily or repeat on a weekly cycle — and ask whether lactation-boosting ingredients (such as fenugreek, fennel, or blessed thistle) feature in the menu, given the provider's name.
No SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence is currently recorded in Marian's Lactation Boost's listing on KakiList. Licensed commercial confinement food operations are expected to hold one of these licences, which also carries an SFA hygiene grade (A being highest, through to D). Confirm the licence status and hygiene grade directly with the provider before paying a deposit. If you require halal-certified meals, ask whether the provider holds a current MUIS halal certificate — this should appear on the packaging of every delivery. For food safety in general, meals should be cooked the same day, delivered hot, and packaged in BPA-free, microwave-safe containers within approximately a four-hour cooked-to-delivery window. Also confirm the substitute or refund policy in the event a delivery is missed.
