Sireh Confinement Food delivers meals islandwide on a package basis, typically covering 28 days with options for shorter trial runs of 7 or 14 days. Standard packages provide two deliveries per day — lunch and dinner — with herbal soups, tonics such as red dates tea and longan tea, and dishes commonly associated with Malay or halal postnatal food traditions, though the exact dietary tradition and menu should be confirmed at enquiry. Meals are cooked fresh on the day and delivered hot within a roughly 4-hour window, in microwave-safe packaging. For mothers uncertain about their appetite or preferences, asking about a single-day trial meal before paying a deposit is strongly recommended. Delivery surcharges for landed properties or non-central addresses, and whether herbal tonics are included or billed separately, are all worth clarifying upfront.
To get started, reach out to Sireh Confinement Food via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss your due date, preferred dietary tradition, number of trays per day, and any dietary restrictions — then request a trial meal before confirming your package.
Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
I took the 7 day premium package with Ratu Confinement! The nanny that I was matched with was CL Kaisya! She’s very friendly and helpful, and always checking if I’m okay. Confinement meals - She carefully asked what kind of food I preferred at the start and lessened my mental load about what foods to consume. Personally I’m not picky with food so my only requirement was something that can be shared with my toddler. My toddler enjoyed the chicken rice and beef soup that she made for us! She also took extra care to avoid certain ingredients because my baby’s jaundice levels were still high. Baby care - Learning to “tuam” and massage my baby was something useful that I learnt from her and will definitely put it to use. She gave me tips on feeding and bathing my child as well, which is a much needed refresher for myself. She was also gentle and helpful with my baby so that I could rest where I can. Massages and Post Natal Care Her massages really helped with my engorgement and it subsided after 2-3 days. She also carefully explained the rationale of the different treatment(s) before or at the end of each session. The massages were relaxing and sometimes I found myself drifting off to sleep :) Thank you for ensuring that I feel rested and pampered!
We had an amazing experience with our CL, Kak Dyana. She took care of me and my newborn for 14 days have made my postpartum journey so much smoother and more reassuring. From day 1, Kak Dyana was incredibly patient and gentle. While I focused on healing from my C-sect, she took such gentle and loving care of my newborn. She is very knowledgeable about newborn care, from bathing and soothing techniques to helping with feeding. Her confinement meals were nourishing, comforting, and prepared with so much care. I truly felt my body regaining strength. She would always check in on my wellbeing and offer helpful tips without being pushy. What I appreciated most was her calm and positive presence. Having her around gave me peace of mind and allowed me to properly rest and bond with my baby. Im truly grateful for Kak Dyana’s support and care. Thank you Kak Dyana, for taking such wonderful care of us!
I’m truly grateful to CL Kak Mid for taking care of me and my baby for the past 14 days. She is very friendly, cheerful, and always brings positive energy into the house. She helped a lot with the baby and handled everything with patience and care, which gave me great peace of mind. Her massage skills are excellent and really helped with my recovery. She also prepared my confinement meals, and the food was delicious. She followed exactly what I wanted and was very attentive to my preferences. On top of that, she generously shared a lot of useful knowledge and tips, especially regarding newborn care and postnatal recovery. I’m truly thankful for her support! Thank you Ratu Confinement and kak Mid ❤️
I must say, Ratu Confinement does not merely provide a service — they deliver the best solution for mothers who need genuine support after childbirth. Im extremely glad that I engaged them for my second postpartum journey. It is truly as they say — going from 0 to 1 child is easier than from 1 to 2 😅 From the first enquiry, Ratu Confinement (RC) provided a clear list of confinement service options to suit different budgets. Mothers can choose between a stay-in nanny or a daily visiting nanny. Once a package is selected, RC carefully reviews each mother’s personal requirements — which is very important. Mothers are encouraged to list their preferences in detail, including food, self-care, and baby care routines. Personally, I have specific preferences in newborn handling — such as carrying techniques and cleaning my baby using water and cotton pads instead of wet wipes to avoid skin abrasion. RC took all these into account seriously. My Package & Confinement Nanny; I chose the 14-day Premium Package with a stay-in nanny. CL Kaisya was assigned to me — truly a God-send. She is dedicated, proactive, and cheerful. During postpartum recovery, emotional support is just as important as physical care, and her positive energy made a huge difference. CL Kaisya – Postpartum Treatment; I previously had a bad massage experience where I felt sore instead of relieved. I shared this concern and my preferred pressure with CL Kaisya. She listened carefully and explained: - Which areas require treatment postpartum - How each technique benefits recovery Before every Tuam session, she explained what she was doing and why, which gave me great assurance that my body was being treated properly. It is not merely a massage — it is structured body recovery after the physical trauma of childbirth. By Day 8 of treatment - My pelvic joints felt stable again - Lumbar and sacral aches were gone - My abdomen felt lighter and less bloated - My uterus had clearly returned to its original position, even before sengkak session. Slimmer tummy! By Day 14, the physical difference was obvious — I felt lighter, stronger, and more like myself again. Picture attached for reference heh! CL Kaisya – Baby Care; She carefully observed how we preferred to settle and handle our newborn and adapted to our parenting style before stepping in. She also took the initiative to understand our family routine, including caring for our firstborn toddler, which made the household run smoothly. CL Kaisya – Meal Preparation; Her cooking is excellent — chef’s kiss. She maximises available ingredients in the fridge and still prepares delicious, nutritious meals. Before cooking, she checks my general cuisine preferences and proposes a daily menu in advance, which made me feel fully involved and respected. I highly recommend Ratu Confinement SG to all mummies who deserve to be pampered, supported, and properly healed during their postpartum period. They do not just care for you — they love you through recovery.
I opted for the 28-day standard package and am so glad I did. As a first-time mother, this support was essential for my recovery and for learning how to care for my baby. I would like to thank Indah for making confinement services affordable and accessible. She was also very accommodating of my requests, ensuring that everything went smoothly for me throughout the process. My confinement lady, Kak Dy, is experienced and provided advice regarding my postpartum health and my baby’s wellbeing. Since I am doing mixed feeding (formula and breast milk), she ensured my diet was tailored to support my milk supply and baby’s needs. She took good care of my baby and bonded with him. She also takes great pride in her cooking, always ensuring we enjoyed every meal she prepared. During my third week of confinement, when my husband returned to work, I shared with her that I needed more rest as I was taking on more night shifts. She readily agreed to adjust her schedule in the day, and take over more of the baby's care so I could rest. While there were some areas where could be improved, I am overall very satisfied. Thank you, Indah and Kak Dy, for the good service!

Sireh Confinement Food uses a package-based pricing model. In Singapore, 28-day confinement food packages typically range from S$1,200 to S$2,800 depending on the number of trays per day, the dietary tradition, and whether herbal soups and tonics are bundled in or billed separately. Shorter 7-day and 14-day options are available from some providers for trial or partial coverage. Confirm whether the quoted price covers 2 trays per day (lunch and dinner) or 3 (with breakfast added), whether red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics are included, and whether there is a delivery surcharge for your address. Prices may vary by postcode. See the full confinement food cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore's confinement food providers draw from several traditions — Cantonese (warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, or vegetarian. Based on the name and profile, Sireh Confinement Food likely follows a Malay or halal postnatal tradition, but you should confirm this directly, along with whether the menu rotates day-to-day or repeats weekly. For breastfeeding mothers, ask whether dishes can be adjusted — for example, reduced spice or a rice-wine-free option. Most reputable caterers offer a single-day or trial meal at around S$30–60. It is worth booking a trial meal before paying any package deposit, as confinement appetite shifts daily and personal taste matters considerably more than menu marketing.
Licensed confinement food operations should hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence, with a hygiene grade of A, B, C, or D — A being the highest. Halal-certified providers additionally hold a MUIS certificate, which should appear on packaging. No SFA licence or MUIS certificate is currently listed on this KakiList profile, so it is important to ask Sireh Confinement Food directly for their licence number and hygiene grade before committing to a package. Confinement meals should be cooked fresh on the day and delivered hot in microwave-safe, BPA-free containers within a roughly 4-hour window. Confirm the twice-daily delivery time slots, the packaging type, and the substitute or refund policy if a delivery is missed or the meal arrives late.
