Prospective students or parents should enquire about level and ability fit — particularly whether classes are structured for beginners, intermediate, or advanced swimmers — as well as group versus one-to-one instruction formats. It is worth confirming which syllabus or progression framework is used, the typical class size, any term commitment required, and whether lessons are held at a fixed location or across multiple islandwide venues. Asking about a trial class arrangement before committing to a full term is advisable, as teaching style and pool environment can vary meaningfully between providers.
To take the next step, contact Marsden Swim School directly via phone or their enquiry form to ask about current availability, class levels, and session fees before booking.
Take the trial class and confirm the instructor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Our 3 yo son is afraid of water even after multiple times bringing him to the pool, so we decided that it’s time to enroll him for a swimming class. We’re very happy that Marsden Swim School opens at Potong Pasir. The lesson is fun for both child and parent. After 3 lessons, my son is so much more comfortable playing in the water. His progress is so remarkable, I couldnt believe myself. All thanks to Coach Mark. He is such a natural with young children and has the perfect balance of being strict and playful with the kids. Our son now looks forward to his class every week!
My daughter was terrified of the water, but under Coach Mark’s guidance and encouragement, she made very fast progress and is so much more confident in the water now. Thank you Coach Mark!
Coach Nurul was fun, encouraging and patient with her students. Baby now looks forward to her weekly swim class. Thank you.

Marsden Swim School has not published a specific per-session fee on this listing. As a general guide, enrichment swim classes in Singapore typically range from S$30 to S$80 per session for group lessons, with one-to-one coaching running higher. Some providers structure fees as monthly packages or per-term blocks rather than individual sessions, which can affect the effective per-lesson cost. It is worth asking whether a trial class fee applies, whether materials or equipment are included, and if any sibling discounts or package deals are available. Many swim enrichment providers in Singapore offer a trial class, sometimes at a reduced fee, before parents commit to a term or package. A trial session is a practical way to assess whether the level is appropriate for your child, whether the coach's teaching style suits the learner, and whether your child is comfortable in the pool environment. When attending a trial, observe how the instructor manages the group, how much individual attention each student receives, and how the progression framework is explained. Contact Marsden Swim School directly to confirm their trial class policy and any associated fee before visiting.
Specific instructor credentials were not listed for Marsden Swim School at the time of publication. For swimming instruction in Singapore, relevant qualifications typically include the Singapore Swimming Association (SSA) coaching certification, the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) or Singapore Life Saving Society (SLSS) awards, or internationally recognised certifications such as those from SwimAustralia or the American Red Cross. Years of teaching experience and familiarity with specific age groups or ability levels are also worth confirming. It is advisable to ask Marsden Swim School directly about their instructors' qualifications and whether they hold current first-aid certification before enrolling.
