Have been sending my dog here for at least 7-8 years now, and they’ve seen her through every stage of her life. From an active adult, to a tick infestation, through cataract surgery recovery, and now as a senior with dementia. I’m extremely particular about where I send her, and wouldn’t have stayed this long if I had doubts. Haircuts will vary slightly depending on the groomer, but they are always receptive to feedback and never defensive. What stands out most is their honesty, there was once they flagged extra charges for tangled fur, but later told us the tangles came off easily and didn’t charge us in the end. That kind of integrity speaks volumes. They’ve also been incredibly supportive during more stressful periods. During a tick episode, they helped us urgently bring forward her appointment to shave her so we can manage better. After her cataract surgery, they followed instructions to avoid shampoo on her head. Now that she’s older and has dementia, her sleep cycle is reversed and she’s often sleepy during grooming. We naturally worry, especially during her herbal bath, but they’ve been patient and understanding of our concerns. Ultimately, grooming requires a lot of trust because we’re not there to see everything. Over the years, they’ve shown they genuinely care that’s why we continue coming back.

Brought my 2 medium size dogs for first experience at Masmasgroomers. They were send in at 1015am and were only ready at around 3pm for collection. (4.5hours of grooming for 2 dogs) initially I was told that they can only be collected at 330pm which means it will take 5.15hrs for grooming both dogs. So when I questioned them further they told me can collect at 3pm. When I arrived there at 1015am I saw 3-4 small dogs being sent in at the same time already. My only dissatisfaction is the long hours they took to groom my dogs. Did they groom each dog for 4.5hours each ? Or they groom them one at a time resulting in such a long time there? So if you send 2 dogs in at the same time the wait is double? Do note they mainly shave dogs down and need to pay extra for scissoring dogs fur as what i understand. My verdict for this place is they are probably better off handling smaller breeds and not so experienced with medium or large dogs. Total full grooming cost $350 for 2 dogs over cny period.
