We recently gotten our BTO and didnt like the existing flooring provided. We visited 2 renowned vinyl vendor and finally decided to go with Master Flooring. Reasons was salesperson Le Hong was so approachable, together with the boss ( Kelvin?) attended to us promptly. Boss even went the extra miles by offering to drive us up for the exact measurements to determine the exact quotation. What impressed us more was the precision and professionalism of the installers. They even checked our preferences of laying the vinyl, whether horizontal or vertical. Overlaying with this premium 100% waterproof 6mm vinyl has totally changed not just the look, but it visually enlarged the tiny space. We are really happy and blessed to have chosen Master Flooring.

Thanks to Kelvin and team at Master Flooring for their professionalism and patience throughout our project. We took really long deciding on the type of vinyl flooring we wanted and Kelvin was super accommodating and understanding through the whole decision making process, giving us our space to think and also advising us with his expertise. He even informed us on his new stocks that were coming in and eventually allowed us to change our vinyl choice to the new stocks that came in a few days prior to our installation date. Through the hiccups, changes in dates, rectification works, Kelvin remained contactable and accommodating🙏🏼 We are super happy with the final result and honestly have no regrets choosing master flooring! So so blessed to have worked with Kelvin and his team for the flooring, highly recommend my pick TF9904 if you are a light oak fan! From start to finish, it was a great pleasure to have worked with Kelvin and his team, being so supportive during the renovation process (working with ID and helping to cover the floor after his work before other carpentry started - his team even went to buy more floor protectors on the day itself!) They even went the extra mile and installed vinyl for door gate area!! Really going to contact Kelvin again for future projects and def recommending his vinyls to my friends!!!
