Great experience with MC2 installation team led by Alvin. Professional and efficient work by a well-oiled and practised team to install 2 sets of magnazip for my living and mbr balconies. Team of 5 completed the job in just under 4 hours with all the necessary protections and care in place. Mild mannered and methodical, Alvin made the effort to patiently explain the system and mechanisms towards the end of the process. Will have to let it run in to give further feedback, but otherwise, very impressed by the product, process and people from MC2 👍🏻

Excellent material. No creases or smiley face. Chose the new version Magnazip+ for thicker side fabric to install at living room balcony. The track uses Somfy motor. Decided to opt for extra pull down blinds for bedroom balcony which are top quality as well. Excellent sales consultant and after sales follow up. It's worth the money even though slightly more expensive than many generic ones out there which are not honest in their packages or zips that leave ugly creases.

Zipblinds were ok in quality. There was some creasing which they tried to fix with a heat gun but never went away. Rain sensor failed after 1 year plus of use, but it wasn’t a very useful feature. The only issue was that the fabric gave way after 4 years of use - good thing is that repair costs while not low, are not unreasonably high. Overall, fairly good quality except that I wasn’t expecting the fabric to give way like that. I am quite happy that the motor is still going strong after 4 years.
