Munisha (team leader) and her team did another fantastic job this time (spring cleaning prior to the Lunar New Year). From the last experience of post renovation cleaning, I requested for the same team this round. Due to manpower arrangement, we have almost a new team yet as efficient. Team leader, Munisha, who is expecting yet displayed her leadership skills and professionalism by briefing the team on the tasks to work on after I showed her around the house with areas that need extra attention. The team of ladies were very thorough especially with the windows and floor cleaning leaving a new shine to my house. The boys are a bit shy but will obliged when found areas that need more scrubbing. Munisha also gave a heads up on the estimated time required to complete the job (mine, she was spot on!). Overall, very satisfied with the job done. My family members are pleased with the cleaning. I will be engaging MCAAS in the future and strongly recommend MCAAS for cleaning of all purposes.
