I came across Paws N Claws Veterinary on google search as my dog has ingrown nails. He is extremely aggressive when touched and I have called several vets to check whether i can bring him in for medical grooming. Most of the places told me they could try but not guaranteed as my dog is very aggressive. I chatted with one of the staff via whatsapp and she assured me that they could treat my dog as fear free as possible. After returning from the vet, they checked in on my dog to ask about his condition which made me very happy as I could feel the sincerity. My dog is now 10000000x happier than before the visit and I can only thank the staff so much. 😊

If pets could write reviews. Im Oreo, after visiting Paws N' Claws. I'm resting, healing, and getting ready to run again hopefully in few months. Diagnosed with prognosis, I have strong will in reversing the condition. Highly recommended pet clinic and follow-up advise regarding my condition.

I rarely write Google reviews but had to say Thank you Paws n Claws Singapore for providing both vet + medical grooming housecall service! I’m so glad I found you. Leaving the house with my 17 year old Havanese dog is difficult. Due to our dog’s old age and increase in physical pain as well as poor skin conditions with rashes and skin sores, our normal at home groomer could no longer help. Through WhatsApp and phone communication prior to the appointment, I appreciate your team took my concerns seriously and helped provide solutions specific for my dog. Your vet and medical grooming team were friendly and took the time to work gently with his age-related conditions with such care. Also, the after care was explained clearly to me. Thank you again!

Brought my cat in for a second booster vaccine and has such a disappointing visit. Clinic was empty with no patients, i waited 5 mins at the registration ringing a bell that don’t work apparently. Then kept ringing another bell which apparently seems to be “ignored” till i had to call the whatsapp number to let them know i am waiting at the counter. Male staff came out(didnt get his name), with no sense of urgency and hospitality towards us as pets owners waiting. Asked general questions, then told me to wait outside and brought my cat in. I assume as an owner i will be call in for the appointment as there will also be a physical check and vaccine given but that wasn’t the case. My first two visit was smooth as the staff, Reuben was very professional throughout my cat’s and my visit. I was there through the whole process and to see if i had any questions, but this time was just disappointing. When home, my cat started scratching the back of her ears till had an abrasion, whatsapp to clarify on this and they told me “during physical exam we noted her ears were quite dirty.” This would have been informed to me when i was in the clinic or better yet when i was in the room with my cat during the physical examination so i can have a better understanding on how to help my cat or ask for advice. This is my third visit and this was the worse vet visit i ever had.
