In 2021, I underwent a surgery performed by Dr. Grace Tan, whose remarkable professionalism and attentive care left an amazing impression on me. From the initial surgical consultations to the post-operative reviews, her thorough explanations, attention to details, as well as empathetic demeanour provided me with immense comfort. This ensured that I as the patient was well informed and reassured throughout the entire process. The surgical process was executed with precision and I was very at ease the entire time. I recently had a surgery performed by Professor Teo, and have been very happy with the experience. Prof. Teo explained the procedure clearly, and her team were very helpful in trying to get a Letter of Guarantee as it was an urgent case. All through the recovery & follow up appointments, the clinic team have been very fast in providing information & letters required by our insurance company, always within the day. They're warm and welcoming every time you walk through the door, calling you by name and scheduling appointments well so that there aren't long waiting times. Prof. Teo and her wonderful nurse Shirley have been so caring and patient. Understanding and accommodating for my concerns & frequently checking in with me to make sure that the recovery goes smoothly. After the initial recovery period, Shirley taught us to do the dressing at home so that we didn't need to keep coming into the clinic each day, and so that we could still take a planned overseas trip. Shirley checked in while we were away, and gave encouragement about the healing progress.
